Really blown away by how well they execute their work and how quickly they turn things around!

Mpix is my go-to spot for all photo-related products. Their prints, wall decor, and other items always look fantastic and arrive super fast. I'm a big fan. For my latest order, I got a massive banner made for my son's baseball team, and it turned out awesome. The whole team was pumped about it.

My foamcore print arrived warped and permanently bent. Their response was to say this is normal in humid areas. That makes no sense since I'm in an extremely dry location! Before getting a replacement, they made me pay to ship the damaged item back myself. It's crazy to expect someone to be satisfied with a defective product. I'm completely done with this company. This experience has cost me money and taught me a hard lesson about quality control.

Got a foamcore print back that was severely warped and bent out of shape. When I complained, they said this happens in humid climates. That doesn't make sense because I live in a place that's extremely dry! They wanted me to handle the shipping and costs to return it before they'd replace it. Acting like I'd be thrilled to keep a ruined photo is ridiculous. This is my final purchase from them. Consider it an expensive lesson in customer service standards.

There's honestly too much to pick just one favorite thing about Mpix. The way my photos came out was fantastic, and the care they took boxing everything up was equally impressive. My 12x18 photo print was crystal clear with no fuzziness whatsoever. Each product got its own wrapping with sturdy cardboard protection, so nothing got bent in transit. Totally worth spending a little extra to have them handle my prints. Definitely coming back.

The quality just isn't there. The wall adhesive doesn't hold up well, and things keep coming down. The sticking capability is really weak.

Terrible customer service, and the pricing for their photo collages is way too high. The product fell apart on me about a year and a half in because the adhesive started seeping through. They refused to stand behind their work even though it's clearly a manufacturing problem. I've purchased similar collages elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and they've held up perfectly fine.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience ordering from them. I got to chat with a customer rep who was super responsive and understanding, and she helped me way exceed what I thought was possible. I printed a large photo mosaic and the output quality was exceptional with overnight turnaround. The prices are fair for what you get, shipping is quick, and the workmanship is top notch. These guys are my go-to from now on!

What an awesome experience from start to finish. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I ordered a massive photo mosaic and the results were stunning, finished in just one day. The shipping was fast and reliable, the prices are fair, and the final product was perfect. I'll absolutely be ordering from them again and again!

I've been a customer of Mpix for years, ordering products every few years totaling hundreds of dollars for myself and as gifts with my photos. They used to be incredible and I had zero complaints, but something has really changed with recent orders. I dropped over five hundred dollars and got back what looks like cheap drugstore photo quality even on the bigger prints and canvas pieces. I was extra careful this time, checking my images on different screens and computers to make sure they'd print well, but the results were disappointing. Previously, prints would come back even better than I hoped because they seemed to put real care into the development and even some light touch-ups. The turnaround being so fast should have been a red flag. It used to take longer, especially around holidays, but that meant better work. The output arrived quickly and I immediately saw why. The quality was really poor. It's hard to describe, but the sharpness and clarity they used to deliver is no longer there. Everything has a washed out, artificial appearance.

Really let down by my recent order from Mpix. They shipped a graduation lawn sign with my daughter's name printed wrong, appearing twice in two separate fonts and colors. They completely refused to take responsibility and their support team was unhelpful. I won't be ordering from them again.

I honestly can't fathom why anyone would rate this place anything other than 5 stars. The print quality blew me away, and the customer service was phenomenal. I made a mistake on my own order and they handled it with such speed, professionalism, and genuine kindness while fixing it. I can't speak highly enough about this company!

The print quality is great. I'm switching all my regular printing orders to them.

The print quality is solid. Definitely going to order my regular prints here going forward.

Really satisfied with the print quality. This is where I'm buying my photos from now on.
