Really disappointed with the targeted wrinkle corrector. I used it exactly as instructed along with their retinol serum and night cream. While I don't have severe wrinkles, I saw absolutely no improvement. I picked it up on sale from a morning show offer. The container sizes were misleading - what looked reasonably priced turned out to be sample size for the cost. I wouldn't recommend it.

The intensive skin peel from Murad is a total waste of money. Use retinol products instead - don't bother with this professional peel because it's basically inactive. I bought mine from a beauty supply store.

I've been loyal to Murad Environmental Shield moisturizer for over a decade. My skin is sensitive and can't tolerate fragranced products, so this line works perfectly for me. My skin stays healthy and happy. As time went on, I added more from their Hydration collection including a serum, night gel, and facial spray. Everything continues to work well. The customer service has also been great - when items didn't arrive, I called and they immediately resent everything without any hassle. Just remember a little product goes a long way.

I've always liked the Murad vitamin oil and bought it regularly, but I'm done now. The formula itself is solid, but the price has become unreasonable, and they've made the bottle smaller while hiking up the cost. How do they shrink the product and raise the price at the same time? Not commenting on the actual products, but the customer service at Murad is absolutely terrible. First, their customer service line isn't even toll-free. Second, the support team is completely useless - worse than talking to a robot. At least a robot would follow procedures, but these folks clearly haven't received any real training. Where do I even send a formal complaint to Murad headquarters?

Awful customer service experience. Bought a moisturizer that pilled, felt sticky, and was drying to the skin. Murad did acknowledge this batch had texture problems but would only send a replacement if I paid to return the original product to them via post. The post office won't accept their freepost address, and even with proof of purchase, they keep insisting I return it that way. Their team is unhelpful and rude, quick to blame the customer rather than take responsibility. I won't be buying from them again.
