I keep trying to buy the Nars tinted moisturizer but the lightest shades have been completely unavailable for quite a while now. These are key shades for people with very pale skin and it's annoying that they keep them out of stock.

Royal Mail lost the package I ordered and Nars totally botched handling the situation. First they told me to just wait, then after I followed up they said the parcel was actually gone. I paid $18.50 and now they're only offering 10% off, so I'd end up paying $23.31 for the same thing because of their shipping carrier's mistake. They won't give me the original price back or offer a fair solution, which is what any good company would do. I expected way better customer service and I'm not going to shop with them again.

My lipstick arrived broken. I sent them an email and they said they'd send a replacement right away, but then asked me to confirm my shipping address which seemed weird since they should have had it. I gave it to them anyway and then they just disappeared. A few days later I got an email saying they were closing my case because I never confirmed my address, which made no sense. So I tried calling and got a dog barking through the phone with nobody to talk to. I stayed on the line hoping someone would pick up but nothing. Called again and the exact same thing. I tried texting and got an AI that wasn't useful at all. Eventually I got it to connect me to someone but then this person made me say my name four times, not exaggerating. My first name, last name, email, they just kept asking the same stuff over and over. I think Nars does this on purpose to make customers give up. And honestly even if the lipstick hadn't been damaged, it's way overpriced and tiny, like a sample product.

Adeline was fantastic with her customer service at the Westfield location! She really knew the products inside and out, was super helpful, and had such a great bubbly personality.

I can't really speak to the product quality since I realized immediately it was the wrong shade for me. What I can say is that trying to return it has been a total nightmare with their customer service team, and honestly I'm about ready to just forget the whole thing.

I went to the new boutique in Glasgow last Friday for the master classes and had such an amazing time. The team there was absolutely lovely and the space itself is gorgeous. I'll definitely be back regularly. Being 70 years old, I really appreciated how special and welcomed they made me feel. Your products are beautiful and I love them. Thanks so much!

Total scam, avoid completely. I placed an order and tried to return it shortly after getting it. They sent me a return label that didn't work. I emailed customer service because their phone number doesn't even function. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and asking again and again for a working label, I never got one. This is hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. Zero support, zero answers, zero responsibility. I feel completely ripped off. It's disgusting how this company treats its customers.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered something and wanted to send it back right away. They gave me a return label that was completely useless. This is about my visit to the brand new store on Buchanan Street in Glasgow. I went in super excited about buying some makeup but it became pretty clear I wasn't the type of customer they wanted there. The staff looked down on me, and honestly so did other shoppers. Nobody said hi when I came in, and a staff member actually asked me to move in a rude way so she could get to a drawer. I tried walking around the first floor and testing a few things but the whole time I felt like I didn't belong. As a woman in her 40s who's petite, South Asian, and wearing regular work clothes, I guess I'm not their target customer.

Great service overall. I got help from Diana at their call center and she was really helpful and professional.

This has to be the most awful experience I've ever had with a cosmetics retailer and I'm never going back! The package took over a month to arrive, and only after I sent them a message did they mention there were system problems causing delays. They didn't even say sorry or throw in anything as an apology or discount code. They acted like nothing went wrong. I didn't even get the two sample sets added for free. The only gift I got was what I had to pay extra for with a code. And get this, they somehow refunded my money for this order then took it back two weeks later! Absolutely terrible. Their support team is just as bad. Regardless of how good their makeup is, I cannot tell anyone to shop with them!

I went in for a full face makeover on May 18th and I'm really upset with how it went. The makeup artist applied everything with her bare fingers, including eyeshadow, concealer, primer, and eyeliner. Usually when people use their fingers they dab the product on the back of their hand first to keep things clean and avoid spreading bacteria. This artist just stuck her fingers right into the jars and then put them all over my face. The next morning my eyes were completely swollen shut, super red, itchy, and uncomfortable. I was pretty sure I was getting an eye infection. It stayed like that the rest of the day and actually got worse by Monday, so I went to the doctor. Sure enough I had an infection and needed prescription drops for five days. I've tried reaching out to Nars several times about the unhygienic techniques and about getting refunded for the $80 worth of products I bought, which I'm now too scared to use. I also had to pay for the eye drops because of their mistake. Nars has never apologized or refunded me.

Terrible lipstick! It smudges constantly and feels super dry on my lips. Plus I can't get my money back. The quality is awful!

Nars is still one of my go-to brands even with all the other great options out there. I order from their website regularly and have never had any problems with shipping or product quality.
