At 73 with arthritis, I found myself struggling badly to get out of bed. The edges sink down flush with the frame and don't provide any real support, which made it nearly impossible to push myself up. I called customer service and they sent a 2-inch topper supposedly to fix the issue. But that night the topper shifted in my sleep, and when I tried to get up, the mattress sank to the frame and the topper slipped off, taking me down with it. I couldn't get up off the floor and had to call for emergency help. This might be an issue with memory foam in general, but I'm switching back to a traditional coil mattress for the support I need.

My bed frame showed a manufacturing defect right out of the box. Nectar wouldn't honor the warranty or swap out the bad part. Instead, they told me I could buy a replacement piece on my own. They gave me a $50 credit as a consolation prize, which didn't actually solve the problem.

I ordered a Premier Full mattress along with an adjustable bed base and remote directly from Nectar. Neither the remote nor the bed works properly, and I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times with zero response or help. I just want a working product or a replacement as promised by the warranty. It's really upsetting to have no support after spending that kind of money. I'd advise older customers to be cautious dealing with this company online.

We got a memory foam mattress and foundation frame from Nectar back in the summer of 2021. The mattress itself is fine, nothing special. But the frame collapsed after less than four and a half years, even though neither of us are particularly heavy. We could tell the frame was made from cheap plastic material, but we didn't think it would fail this quickly. When I contacted them, they said they couldn't help but offered to ship a replacement at our expense. That wasn't acceptable - they should stand behind what they sell, especially something so cheaply made. I can't recommend this company because of the low quality products and unhelpful customer service.

The company said my mattress would ship in two or three business days. It's been ten days with zero shipping activity. When I called to check, they just repeated what the website already says. All their support is outsourced, so there's nobody local to actually help.

We've now bought from Nectar a couple times and both purchases have been excellent. The sales team and delivery folks really impressed us both times. They showed up right on schedule and made sure everything was set up properly with our new mattresses. We'll definitely be coming back to them for any mattress shopping in the future.

This was honestly the worst mattress buying experience I've had. Everything went wrong - ridiculous delays on items that were supposedly in stock, the king size was noticeably undersized compared to what it should be, and the overall quality left a lot to be desired. When I tried to order what I thought was available, the company started calling constantly from overseas trying to push me toward a cheaper alternative with no real timeline for delivery. Total disaster and a complete waste of money. We're done with this company for good. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My Nectar delivery experience was really frustrating. I was given a specific date and stayed home waiting, then got told it would come the next day instead. I waited around again with no updates, and eventually learned the mattress had been left at the leasing office after they closed. Nobody reached out about any of the changes. I had to figure out how to get the mattress from the office to my place, which was a hassle. After putting me through all that, they offered $50 and a sheet set as an apology, which doesn't come close to making up for the time and stress. This was disappointing and not what I expected from a company that says customer satisfaction matters.

We've had our Nectar mattress since 2018, and it started sagging in our sleep spots around 2023. We finally dealt with the back pain this year and decided to use the lifetime warranty they advertise. I sent pictures and the product information as they requested. They responded pretty quickly, but their answer was that the warranty doesn't cover the mattress because of some stains on the protective cover. These are just normal marks from everyday skin oils. They claimed these stains might be breaking down the foam and used that as their reason to void our lifetime warranty completely. The pictures clearly show where two people have been sleeping and the compression from that use. It feels like they're just looking for any excuse not to send a replacement. We were even ready to pay extra for an upgrade to a hybrid model, but after this we're telling everyone about our bad experience and we're taking our business elsewhere.

This is my second purchase from Nectar and definitely my last. I ordered a bundle for my mother as a Mother's Day gift, including a king mattress, headboard with frame, and sheets. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because the mattress and sheets actually came the next day. However, the headboard and frame got lost. I reached out to the shipping company for days with no response until they finally said they lost it and told me to contact Nectar. I contacted Nectar FOUR different times, and they won't send a replacement. On my fourth attempt, they said they found my order had gone to California instead of where it should have gone in Wisconsin. I've asked repeatedly to just cancel that order and overnight a new one, but they keep saying they "trust" the shipping company will fix it. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed, and I still have no idea when or if the frame will ever arrive.
