Ordered 3 tops in February and now it's mid-March with no delivery to the store yet. Every time I check the tracking it doesn't budge and says it's still being processed, which doesn't make sense. When I reach out to them nothing gets done. First they say it's delayed, then still being processed, but that can't be right since the tracking never changes. Plus I get different answers every time I contact them. Won't be ordering from them again and I'll probably have to call my bank to get my money back. Really disappointed.

Hoping this gets resolved because it's been disappointing so far. I sent back 3 items from my online purchase on the 1st of this month and got an email today saying 2 of them are being refunded. Nothing about the third item though. The email mentioned I'd get another message in a few hours if there were more items, but I haven't heard anything else. I've reached out through email and their chat support so hopefully they'll get this straightened out soon.

Returning stuff is way more complicated than it needs to be. There's a 2.95 fee to return anything. I tried putting my order number in to find my purchase on their site but couldn't locate it. The order confirmation email doesn't include the price which makes it tough to figure out what refund amount you should expect. I'm seriously reconsidering whether to order online from them in the future.

The whole returns process is unnecessarily complicated. They want to charge 2.95 to return items. I couldn't even find my order in the system to process a return even though I had the order number. Plus they don't show prices on the order confirmation so it's hard to track what your refund should be. Honestly not sure I'll order online from them again.

Excellent service overall with a nice clothing range, though I'm not a fan of their recycled materials since they feel rough instead of soft. The heels they carry are really comfortable though.

Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order with next day delivery and it never showed up. No tracking info provided and there's no way to actually call the company. After dozens of messages, I finally got told they hadn't heard from me so they closed my case. I went to the physical store to figure things out and two staff members had no clue how to help me or who I should talk to. I'm out an item, have no tracking number, and never got refunded. This company is absolutely terrible.

Put in an online order and picked it up at the Weymouth Store. The team was super friendly and went out of their way to help. One staff member specifically helped me decide on a coat to keep and sorted my returns. Extremely grateful to the staff and I'm loving the coat I ended up with.

Got something online but it didn't fit so I returned it to the store. They told me to use the returns box which was kind of a hassle and annoying to deal with. After I finished the return I got an email saying it was accepted and my refund should come in 14 days, which felt like a long wait. It's now been 18 days and I still haven't seen my money. The tracking keeps saying in transit and I have no idea what's taking so long. This isn't good enough. Won't be using their online ordering system again because of this.

I've purchased quite a bit from this store and the quality is fantastic. Nothing I've bought has ever looked cheap or poorly made. Really good prices for what you get and they run tons of sales. I'm in their club program which gets you additional discounts. Returns are easy too and I get my money back within 5 days.

Had an amazing experience with exceptional staff at the shopping center location. A team member went above and beyond helping me track down a hand clutch to go with sandals I purchased, and the store had tons of great options. The staff really made my day with their attention and care. Definitely coming back. Super grateful for the awesome support received that day.

Been shopping at this brand for years and most of my pieces have held up really well. They're one of the few fast fashion places that consistently gets it right with selection, quality, and how they treat customers. I buy at different price points and am always impressed by what I get for the money. Their sizes run true and I barely ever return anything. The constant sales are a nice bonus too. It's disappointing there aren't many physical locations anymore, but I honestly prefer ordering online anyway since I know what I'm looking for and their website is straightforward and not overly fussy like some competitors. Jackets and tops are my favorites and I'm almost never let down with how they fit.
