I'm another one of the people who got ripped off by their 5 for 5 program. I gave them $500 back in September 2023 and got my first shoe. Managed to redeem a second code in May 2024. When I tried in the fall, they said it was on hold. Now in spring 2025, they're telling me it's done and they won't refund me. They're still in business but won't honor what they promised and basically stole $500 from me and hundreds of others. I will never buy from them again and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

All I get from this company are automated responses that don't address anything. There's no real communication, no accountability, and definitely no explanation for why they killed a program that had already taken money from loyal customers.

I'm another victim of the scam. It's really gross that the new company that bought Nisolo after foreclosure is acting like none of this ever happened. Good luck trying to build a brand when you can't even deal with the criticism on social media.

I paid for 5 for 5 membership like many others and only received 3 out of the 10 promised items before the company was sold. The new owners won't honor the deal and never even told us the program was ending. They claim on their site that we get 25% off, which is pretty insulting, but I haven't even gotten that. The shoes look nice when they arrive, but two of mine fell apart within a year or so of wearing them.

One more person victimized by the 5 for 5 scam. The new ownership decided they wouldn't pay out these memberships, but they kept operating under the Nisolo brand and advertising their 'ethical practices.' They've scrubbed records of the membership from their site and only kept records of other purchases. They won't even respond to requests for refunds. There are over 443 documented complaints filed with the BBB.

Got scammed by this company. I paid for Five For Five membership and the program got paused for a year, then they just discontinued it entirely. They never told anyone what was happening, and when I contacted them to ask about my membership, they said it's no longer available and won't refund anything. They straight up took $500 from me and countless others. Terrible company with no integrity whatsoever.

Got ripped off by 5/5. I paid $500 expecting to receive 10 products over five years. The company dragged its feet on sending codes, then hit financial trouble and just ended the program with zero refunds for the stuff I never got. But somehow they're still selling new inventory.

They completely ripped off everyone who paid for Five for Five. No products were delivered as promised and nobody got their money back. Seriously, stay away.

The new company came in and basically laughed at us by offering a measly 25% discount on shoes that are already overpriced. If you need ethical footwear, look literally anywhere else.

The Five for Five deal was a total scam. I could only use two codes before they froze everything and refused to refund anyone. The craftsmanship started out solid but by 2024, the stuff they were sending out was poorly made with cheap leather and rough edges. Won't be ordering again.

Used to be good, but new owners have ruined it. Back in the day, Nisolo had an amazing Five for Five membership where you'd pay $500 upfront and get discount codes for free shoes every six months for five years (10 pairs total, basically $50 per shoe). Then the company went into foreclosure in early 2025 and the new owners refuse to honor those memberships. Instead, they're throwing us a pathetic 25% lifetime discount that doesn't even stack with their other sales. Totally unethical for a company that claims to be about integrity.
