The color reproduction is off, white balance adjustment is a nightmare, the focus keeps hunting around, and you can't even adjust the gimbal speed properly with the remote. Nowhere near the quality level they claim.

Really let down by my recent purchase of the OBSBOT Meet SE webcam. The ordering process seemed simple enough, but then everything fell apart. FedEx hit me with customs charges around ₹2,220, which is nearly a third of what I paid for the camera itself. Nobody mentioned this would happen when I checked out, not even a heads up. The Camera Itself: This is a solid piece of equipment. I grabbed the Mac software ahead of time and when I plugged in the camera it just worked right away. Tweaking the settings was straightforward, and compared to my old webcam it's night and day. The picture quality is stunning and the options you get for adjustments blow away anything I had before. Overall I'm impressed with OBSBOT both on the product and service side and would suggest them to anyone.

I was pumped to test out these cameras so I grabbed the Tiny 2 and Tail Air, then ended up placing three orders in about a week for extra gear. Their site said everything ships from the US, but out of my three shipments, two arrived incomplete. Now I'm seeing tracking updates from China for no reason, even though my account shows orders as delivered. I've tried contacting their support multiple times with no response. The cameras themselves work okay, but I can't recommend putting real money into OBSBOT products. They only do email support and it's basically nonexistent. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the company. Still waiting to hear about the missing stuff I paid for.

I was thrilled to finally snag OBSBOT's Tail Air PTZ Camera and I do really love it. The problem is that FedEx just charged me £70 in import duties on top. With the Black Friday price, I could've gotten it from the UK Amazon seller for Remo Tech UK, which is OBSBOT's parent company, for the exact same price with no fees at all. I would've had enough left over to grab other stuff on sale instead. Really frustrating that the discount got wiped out by fees. The site should be smart enough to send UK shoppers to the UK storefront if it can already switch the currency to pounds.

Definitely think twice before ordering from this seller. Import duties aren't included in the price, so you'll get hit with a surprise charge from FedEx when your package arrives. By the time you pay everything, you're spending way more than you would elsewhere.

Ordered the obsbot tiny remote control 2 on 6/02/2024 and got an order confirmation email. Waited and waited. On 14/02/2024 I emailed asking where it was. Total silence. Finally on 18/02/2024 I filed a chargeback and suddenly they answered, shipping the item that same day from China. This place is a joke. Same thing was available on Amazon for the same price with next day delivery. Huge regret using this site. 1/5

The company behind OBSBOT hasn't been able to fix their software so it works with the newest Windows 11. Their flagship PTZ camera basically becomes a regular webcam now, which normally costs a fraction of what you pay for it. Support responded quickly at first but seems unable to grasp the technical issues customers describe in detail.
