The color reproduction is off, white balance adjustment is a nightmare, the focus keeps hunting around, and you can't even adjust the gimbal speed properly with the remote. Nowhere near the quality level they claim.

I was thrilled to finally snag OBSBOT's Tail Air PTZ Camera and I do really love it. The problem is that FedEx just charged me £70 in import duties on top. With the Black Friday price, I could've gotten it from the UK Amazon seller for Remo Tech UK, which is OBSBOT's parent company, for the exact same price with no fees at all. I would've had enough left over to grab other stuff on sale instead. Really frustrating that the discount got wiped out by fees. The site should be smart enough to send UK shoppers to the UK storefront if it can already switch the currency to pounds.
