Getting my OmniLux delivery was incredibly frustrating and really took away from what should have been a wonderful purchase. I ordered it as a New Year's gift and made sure the timing would work perfectly to arrive before the holiday. The first UPS attempt came about a week before New Year, which seemed ideal at first. But then the driver showed up asking for roughly CHF 65 in import taxes right at the door. Unfortunately, nobody home that day had a card on hand to pay immediately. The driver had the tax paperwork and it totally could have been settled online later, but he flat out refused to leave the package with the invoice and just didn't deliver it. We didn't get the second delivery attempt until after New Year had already passed. The whole point of the gift was completely ruined. What should have been a thoughtful present turned into a nightmare of logistics, and frankly I still haven't even opened the thing. This situation shows a real problem in how the company handles the full customer experience from start to finish. Buying a quality product means customers deserve a smooth delivery process.

This was getting great reviews all over beauty sites and cost way more than competing masks so I figured it had to be worth it. After six months of use it totally stopped working and won't keep a charge anymore. I contacted customer service but nothing happened, so I tried getting their attention on social media which finally got them to respond. Still no replacement or refund though.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. My mask broke after using it for two months. It won't even charge anymore. I've sent probably five different emails asking about the warranty replacement and I get nothing back. Don't waste your money on Omnilux.

I was really looking forward to trying the LED mask since it's made of soft plastic instead of hard molded plastic like other brands. Right away I ran into a problem. The light intensity really bothered my eyes so I emailed customer service about it. Turns out I had to buy protective eyewear separately, which cost extra. Even with the loose strap, the mask puts painful pressure on my nose and around my eyes. And to make matters worse, I haven't seen any actual improvement in my skin at all. I contacted them about finding a solution, so hopefully we can work something out.

If I could give half a star I would. This company doesn't respond to emails and keeps saying they're swamped. These folks have no business running a company. I figured since they advertise on major networks, they had to be legitimate. I was completely wrong about that.

I had the same issue that another reviewer described. My charger died after just the second use, and customer service never got back to me. Really frustrated by the whole thing.

This company has completely jerked me around for more than a month now. I spent a significant amount on my mask. It doesn't work and I've tried reaching out through email, Facebook, and Instagram multiple times. Every time I get the same unhelpful response that honestly seems like it's coming from an automated bot. I'm not recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered my mask almost two weeks back. I really want to get this device because of all the research behind it. They haven't given me any info on when it'll actually ship, and instead of stepping up with expedited shipping for free to make up for their processing delays, they basically said I could pay extra for faster shipping or get my money back. I want to see how long this takes. It feels like maybe I'm getting scammed here and I'm not even sure this is a real company.

I'm really satisfied with the Omnilux mask plus the facial skincare items I picked up. It's made my skin feel smoother, my eczema went away, and those sunspots have faded. This is definitely worth getting.

Can't really tell yet if there are results since I've had the ACNE mask for just two weeks, but man, the eye protection part is incredibly uncomfortable. It almost makes the whole mask unbearable like I've seriously thought about returning it because of those eye pieces. I've even considered just removing them so the mask would sit flush. The design in that area is just really poorly thought out. It pokes right into my eyes and gives me a headache. I've tried stretching and repositioning it but nothing helps because it just doesn't conform to my face right.

Got both the face and neck models. Really love how they both work. They're easy to figure out and the application time is super quick.
