I've been a loyal Origins customer since 2014 and their spot cream is amazing. I ordered it on Monday and it's now Friday with still no sign of it. The carrier said it was delayed and I got an email today saying they finally have it. Origins is a brand I've trusted for years, but their online shopping experience is really dropping the ball. They should look into better shipping options because this kind of delay isn't normal.

I made a purchase during a sale period specifically for the full-sized gift worth £42, which never got sent and nobody told me about it. When I called customer service, they said the gift was out of stock so they couldn't send it, and offered to send a different full-sized item instead. What arrived was a travel size product worth less than 20% of the original gift. When I tried to follow up about this, the customer service team didn't actually address what I was saying. My main issues are: they never notified me when the gift became unavailable so I could get different options before they shipped the order out, they promised a full-sized replacement but sent a travel-sized one worth way less, and when I tried to work it out with them a second time they basically ignored my complaints. The whole experience has been really disappointing from start to finish.

I've really liked Origins products over the years. Haven't purchased from them in a long time but was excited to get back my favorite A Perfect World cream. Like everyone else, I got caught by a promotion that had a free gift included, my order came in without the gift, and then customer service told me they ran out of it now, even though they're still advertising the promotion on their site. Their customer service response was basically this: the offer is only available while supplies last, which is mentioned on the site, and we reserve the right to refuse any offer. The problem is that while we were discussing this, the exact same offer was still being advertised on the site, and it kept being advertised 3 days later. They're knowingly making false promises to customers to get them to spend more money when they can't actually deliver on those promises. Two stars because the moisturizers are actually decent, but I'd tell anyone to buy Origins products from a different retailer instead.

I bought gifts for my sister at Christmas and ended up spending way more money because I was guaranteed a free gift with my purchase. Turns out they don't actually have to send the gift if they claim it's not in stock. What a rip-off. I never would've spent that extra if the gift wasn't promised. This company should honestly be taken to court.

So now I'm stuck paying for items I only bought to reach the threshold, with no chance to remove them once the gift became unavailable. I looked at the website and they're still promoting this same offer and it still adds the gift to your basket even though it's out of stock. I reached out to their support team and they were basically useless, just pointed me toward their returns policy if I wanted to send everything back. When I mentioned this feels like a scam since they keep advertising and adding a gift that's actually unavailable, they ended the chat. It's been almost a full day now and the website still shows this free gift offer, still telling you congratulations when you add £99 in items.

The support person was fine, but the whole situation has been pretty frustrating and inefficient overall.

Really happy with what I got. I ordered the brighten, firm and hydrate set on December 16th as a gift and chose regular shipping, so I wasn't 100% sure it would make it by Christmas. It arrived on December 21st in a really sturdy box with no damage whatsoever, and the packaging inside was gorgeous with all 4 free gifts I selected included. I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews stop me because people tend to complain loud but don't speak up when things go well. After my son uses the items I'll come back and leave another review.

Really love what Origins has to offer. The delivery was super quick and the free gifts that came with my order were absolutely fantastic. Already excited to use everything!

For the second time now, they've taken my order and skipped sending the free gift that was advertised, this time worth £57. When I contacted support, they told me the terms and conditions say the gift is only sent while available, even though the website is still showing the free gift option and telling me it's not available. I'm absolutely furious and will never buy from them again. I even explained how the whole know me, like me, trust me approach works and they just said 'it is what it is.' Goodbye Origins.

The website is easy to navigate and intuitive. The products arrived in excellent condition and were packed really well. Shipping was fast and I could track everything easily. I ordered on August 30th and it showed up September 2nd.

Terrible experience and their approach was really condescending. I ordered a gift set and after 10 days still hadn't gotten it. A representative told me it would definitely arrive, but I could tell it was lost in the mail after sitting for 9 days. I contacted them again through chat today. The person said they could send another one since it looked lost, but then said they don't offer express delivery for replacements. When I asked for some kind of gesture for the hassle, suddenly they offered express delivery that takes 5 days, which is just normal shipping anyway. So no real apology or goodwill, and they clearly don't care about making things right. They even sent a cheesy have a great day message when I pointed out how bad this was. Super condescending too. I'm done buying from Origins and as someone who reviews products professionally, I'll be making sure people know what a terrible and unprofessional company this is. Seems like a great way to lose customers.

I ordered a gift set as a Christmas present and it arrived with a massive price sticker right on the front of the box that can't be peeled off without ruining it. I let their customer service know and they basically said too bad, there's nothing they can do about it. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I'm giving one star only because that's the lowest option available, otherwise it would be zero. This company is completely awful. The customer service team won't respond to any emails you send about your orders, and don't trust any of their offers because they're just as fake as their customer service department. They basically make stuff up.
