Stay away from this company. The clothes have toxic chemicals and don't actually wick sweat like they claim. I got items that weren't labeled as non-returnable but when I tried to return them unworn with tags still attached, they refused. No solutions offered, no apology. Sizes are all over the map too. Bad fit overall. Just shop at Target instead. These made-in-China pieces aren't worth it, smell weird, don't fit right, and look cheap too.

They built up all this hype around their 'cloudknit' material and people loved it, but now they've cut corners while still using the same product name. Quality has gone downhill and prices went up, which is ridiculous. Used to be loyal but I'm done. My original CloudKnit sweats held up for about 5 years. The pair I bought two weeks ago is already falling apart.

**2/5 Stars - Major Design Problem Ruins the Functionality**Bought the Energy Dress because they advertise it as "built for movement" using "high-performance breathable fabric." Turns out this dress has a serious design flaw that makes it unsuitable for working out.**The Issue:** The LightSpeed material becomes totally see-through when you sweat. I wore it to play tennis and was really embarrassed when perspiration made it transparent. For a dress marketed specifically for athletics and movement, this is a huge problem.**The Fabric Quality:** The A-line cut and built-in shorts are nice touches, but the fabric just doesn't work during exercise. A "performance material" needs to actually perform when you're using it the way it's intended.**How They Responded:** I contacted Outdoor Voices about it and while they acknowledged my concern, they wouldn't accept a return. They said it's in their "worn items" return policy. That doesn't make sense when the defect only shows up when you wear it as intended. Their customer service rep told me to "find a better purpose" for it.

Used to adore this brand when I was studying in Boston. They were innovative and had amazing support. Sad to say I'm done shopping with them now. I contacted them about an order I'd placed just 10 minutes prior and got no response. Tried again a full day later. Still nothing. It's disappointing seeing companies that used to stand out fall into the same corporate nonsense as everywhere else. Find a smaller independent outdoor gear brand instead. This company has stopped caring about customers, no matter what they claim.

Got scammed. We ordered two pairs of athletic shoes for $160 total. Shipping seemed fine and the order was on its way. Today it showed up and we opened it to find fake designer sunglasses instead. Total ripoff. Don't shop here unless you want to waste your money.

Terrible customer service experience. Looks like they're relying on automated responses. No real solutions offered, so I just returned $100 in merchandise. Now they've misplaced my return. Had to dispute it with my credit card company. Still haven't talked to an actual person, just getting robot replies. All because of their quality control problems. Their sizes vary wildly. When stuff does fit, it's comfortable. But shopping online here is risky.

Getting help from their customer service team is a nightmare. Took several weeks just to hear back and they didn't actually fix my issue. I tried emailing again to follow up and it's been weeks with zero response. I really do like their actual products but their service is so bad I can't keep buying. Heads up.

Bought a matching set with pants and a top made from their FrostKnit fabric. It's supposed to keep you warm but doesn't really. The bigger issue is the horrible smell that came from both items for several hours after I opened the package. This is offgassing and it's concerning. Even though my nose isn't very sensitive, if I'm picking up on it, other people are definitely smelling it much worse.

The RekTrek shorts are fantastic. I wear them constantly and they're stylish, durable, and super comfy.

Spent $128 on pants that didn't fit right so I had to send them back. They only refunded $78. Won't be ordering from Outdoor Voices again. Their customer service is awful.

Really disappointed. The clothes look completely different from the photos online in terms of color and material quality. You get hit with $25 shipping and then $25 again for returns. I only got refunded half of what I spent. They charge you $25 to send something back and require you to go to a UPS store in person with an unsealed package so employees can inspect it? Come on, it's 2024. Won't be back. Not worth it especially for us in Canada. I'm telling everyone I know. Later Outdoor Voices.

Really satisfied with OV. Love their matching activewear sets and especially the RekTrek outdoor collection, which has the best shorts and pants for hiking and outdoor activities. Returns and exchanges have been handled well.

Pretty unethical. They loaded their new products with fake 5 star reviews from their own staff without telling anyone. That's wrong, especially when they use their high ratings in their marketing.

Grabbed the seamless set as a birthday gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it!
