The customer service at this company is extremely poor. I called and sent emails multiple times trying to return or exchange a Christmas present for my daughter but received no response for three weeks straight. Very let down by this experience. When my shoes arrived, I noticed the manufacturer's box was missing and all tags had already been taken off. There was also no packing slip included with my order. I tried reaching customer service multiple times but couldn't get anyone to call me back. Their return guidelines require items to come back in the original packaging with tags intact, which made returns nearly impossible for me. I can't recommend buying from this company as they seem to deliberately make the return process difficult. The whole experience felt designed to prevent customers from returning anything.

I purchased snow boots through this company and this feels like a total scam operation. My package showed up just two days after ordering, but when I opened it I found both boots just tossed in with no tags attached, no manufacturer box, no paperwork whatsoever, and basically no protective materials except for one piece of tissue. I noticed a lot of negative feedback online so I wanted to share my own experience. I found a Rab jacket on their website with an amazing discount and free shipping that even went to Alaska. When I ordered, they actually called me to verify my shipping address since it differed from my billing address. The jacket showed up two days earlier than promised and looked great. Buy here when you know exactly what you want and need it at a significant discount. For me, it was a solid experience and I'd shop there again.

They advertised 15 percent off any purchase just for signing up for their email and text list, so I signed up. When I went to buy a hat and reached checkout, I found out that particular hat wasn't eligible for the discount. I felt like this was misleading and false advertising. I went ahead and cancelled my order but there's no way to remove your account from their system. I'm an unhappy non-customer now.

I got the Lorette Parka with the fur trim hood for 25 percent off the regular price of $1475, which brought it down to $1121.25 before the $28.38 shipping insurance charge I added for protection, making my total $1149.63. That same model is currently $1775 at Canada Goose, so I saved about $775. The coat is brand new and authentic in the exact color I wanted. The only minor issue was the website itself didn't send me status updates, but customer service made up for that with their quick response. Really happy with this purchase.

They really need to stop using USPS for shipping. The service is awful and basically useless. The online marketplace forces this terrible shipping method which refuses to deliver to my location. You end up covering return shipping costs yourself and taking on all the risk for damage, loss, or theft, yet they still have to issue your refund anyway. It's completely backwards thinking on their part. They're basically working against their own interests here.
