They sold me two life jackets that were almost expired and didn't tell me. When I called about it, someone named Joy said they were clearance items sold as-is with no returns. I thought I was getting a deal, not expired safety equipment. If you buy anything from them, check the expiration dates right away.

They've been holding my return money for almost three months now. Every time I call to check if they've sent the check, nobody has any idea what's going on. It's the same runaround every single time.

Their service attitude was terrible. The radio finally showed up on July 7th, well after the holiday. I'm done doing business with this company.

You pay your own shipping costs even if it's the wrong size, and if your stuff came from a third-party seller you're paying full retail shipping just to send something back. Getting a shipping label takes up to forty-eight hours according to them, though I waited a full week. It's just not worth the hassle. Unless they fix this they'll be out of business soon.

Worst purchase ever. They shipped someone else's package with their label, then shipped my stuff on a second package with my info. I called so they'd rush my actual order before the holiday but it was still late. This place is extremely unprofessional and I'll never shop there again.

Purchased a Gladiator Super Brawler three-person towable tube back in late January and stored it at home. First time using it was summer on a calm lake at around 24 mph with two adults for about thirty minutes. The tube was obviously defective, with the back zipper completely ripped open from its seam and the inner bladder all bunched up. Water filled it and we could barely get it back to shore. Could've seriously hurt my grandkids who were supposed to ride it next. I contacted Overtons through email and phone and talked to supervisors, but they just kept saying it was outside the one-year warranty window. Unacceptable response to a safety issue.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a Bimini that didn't fit right and was told no refunds. Then they said okay you can return it but you pay to ship it back. Cost me over a hundred and sixty dollars for a custom box and another nearly five hundred for freight shipping. After complaining about the costs, they sent a return label through the carrier. Two weeks later I finally got my refund, except they deducted fifteen bucks and gave me a credit instead. So I didn't get all my money back and they definitely didn't reimburse me for the custom box I had to buy because of their sizing.

Got sent the wrong item, so I returned it. After that, customer service stopped communicating with me. Phone calls put me on hold then disconnect, emails go unanswered. Six weeks later and still nothing resolved.

My order from over two weeks ago still hasn't shipped out. I've tried reaching customer service multiple times through phone, chat, and email with zero luck getting a response. The worst part is I can't even figure out how to cancel this thing. Would definitely not recommend shopping here.
