Absolutely terrible! Worked great for the first three months then just stopped reading correctly. The alarm keeps going off multiple times each night with a message about difficulty getting a reading. I'm getting no sleep because of it. Sent emails to the support address and have been ignored for weeks. The other contact doesn't respond either. Don't waste your money on this, they're really bad at what they do.

Pretty disappointed with this purchase, honestly. It's not set up to work with Google Home, keeps disconnecting unexpectedly, and there's lag when I try to pull up video clips. The blue light on the camera is really bright and catches my baby's attention, making him want to play with the shadows. Not happy overall. The clipping system that hides the cables is nice though. Didn't get the sock so I can't comment on that part.

No power problems, no changes to my network, just stopped. As the primary caregiver for two toddlers, this monitor is essential. I went a week struggling without it before calling support and hitting a wall. I talked to someone claiming to be a supervisor who was completely useless. Instead of acknowledging clear hardware failure, they kept insisting I change my wifi settings even though nothing changed years ago, then they shut down the chat saying they couldn't help. A company that claims to care about child safety shows zero empathy or willingness to help their actual customers. Look elsewhere for a monitor from a company that actually supports their products.

My owlet sock base station stopped connecting to wifi after just under ten months. Then Owlet refused to honor the one year warranty they advertise. They decided to use my purchase date instead of registration date. My daughter was born in January but I registered the device then as instructed. The base quit working in December after less than a year of actual use. I gave support all the proof they asked for and they turned me down anyway. When I followed their troubleshooting steps including a factory reset, the base completely died. Gave them documentation of that too and they still refused a replacement. I spent over two hundred bucks and it quit after ten months. The sock itself is great, but it's really upsetting they wouldn't stand behind their warranty that's clearly listed on the website.

They sold me this dream sock even though the app to use it isn't available in my region. When I reached out about the issue, customer support had no solution. This is a total rip off and I would not recommend it.

Their customer service basically doesn't exist. They either try their hardest to be as unhelpful as possible or they completely ignore you. For a product that costs so much, you'd think they could invest in training their team to actually answer emails, but apparently that's too much to ask. They can't even solve actual problems. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. These people are total scammers.

Everything fell apart, honestly. This company is completely untrustworthy. You buy their product as a gift for someone's baby shower and by the time they open it as their baby arrives, the company randomly decides to shut down all their technology and make everything pointless. Even if they invented a cure for everything wrong in the world, I'd never trust them again after this.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I got the sock from a seller and it simply won't register. It's clearly broken and I've tried everything multiple times to make it work. Followed every instruction they gave me. Been back and forth with both the seller and Owlet for about three weeks. Since they're in America I only get one email a day and they refuse to just give me my money back for this defective sock.

Owlet is basically a scam operation. We bought two of their expensive socks plus extra ones for our older kids, thinking we could use them up to age seven. This year they just killed the software to force everyone to buy their new Dreamsock instead, so our investment of nearly a thousand dollars is completely worthless. It's not even that they stopped supporting it. They actively made sure it doesn't function at all anymore. This company is a total scam.

The Cam 2 is absolutely terrible across the board. It's overpriced, the video quality is poor, and the setup is a nightmare. We ran into new problems almost every time we tried to set it up in a different room and never got it working right on the first attempt. No helpful feedback about what was wrong either. Definitely not worth buying.
