Here's my advice: PacSun has nice clothes but go to an actual store location. Do not order from their website. They work with a shipping carrier that's extremely slow and gives zero tracking information. Their chat support is pretty much useless, and even when you get someone on the phone they're just reading off a script. I'm waiting for a present that won't get here in time because of their shipping delays, so now I have to find something else.

Awful experience with the staff. The employee I dealt with had a terrible attitude the entire time, was super rude. When I was leaving she basically yelled goodbye at me. All because I didn't have exact change down to the penny for the jeans.

These guys deserve less than one star if that was possible. I ordered some items for my wife as a Christmas gift a week ago and they're still sitting there without being shipped out. I sat in their chat for half an hour just to have someone tell me they might not even be able to cancel the order at this point. Any business that needs a week just to ship something before the holidays shouldn't be operating.

If there were zero stars I'd give them that! Returning or cancelling anything when you order from outside the US is basically designed to be a nightmare. On top of that, the clothing quality doesn't match the prices they're charging at all.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from PacSun. Their support team is the worst. FedEx sent my package to the wrong address, and my bank won't give me a refund. PacSun kept telling me I needed to file a police report for a stolen package, except it wasn't stolen, it just went to the wrong house. I'm waiting for a report to be processed now. I've called the shipping company but they said the merchant has to file the claim, and I can't do anything on my end until PacSun steps up. I'm incredibly frustrated and angry. Lost a hundred dollars on clothes that some other person is probably wearing right now.

Seriously, stay away from PacSun if you can help it. The way they handle customer issues is genuinely terrible. My order got delivered to the wrong house by the shipping company, and when I tried to get my money back through my bank, they wouldn't do it. PacSun kept insisting I file a police report even though nobody stole anything, the package just went to the wrong place. Now I'm sitting here waiting for paperwork to go through. I've been trying to reach out to the delivery company too, but they told me only PacSun can start a claim as the seller. Meanwhile I'm out $100, and some random person has my clothes. This whole situation is infuriating.

Grabbed the Dennis Rodman tee and the Journey to the Stars shirt and have to say the quality is seriously impressive on both of those.

Their shipping service is really bad. I spent money for 3-day shipping but my stuff didn't show up for two weeks straight. It's aggravating since I actually do like the clothes, but getting charged for express shipping and then waiting forever defeats the whole purpose. I contacted their support team and they said they'd handle it and get my order out, and it did eventually arrive. Except when I opened the box, I only got 1 of the 4 things I had ordered. So I reached out one more time and all they did was give me a tracking update. The package hadn't even gotten to the fulfillment warehouse yet. That was the last I heard from them.

It's really frustrating because I actually like a lot of their clothing, but paying for faster shipping and then waiting that long doesn't make sense. I even reached out to their team and they promised to look into it and make sure it got to me, which eventually it did. But when the package finally showed up, it only had 1 out of the 4 items I ordered. I contacted them again and they basically just told me where the package was in the system. It hadn't even made it to the warehouse to ship yet. That was the end of it on their end.

My order ended up at someone's house in a completely different city, more than 15 hours away from where I live. Thankfully this person was super kind and managed to track me down through social media, then went out of their way to mail it to my actual address. I had to pay them $47 for the shipping. PacSun basically washed their hands of it. When I asked them to help, they just said I needed to file a police report. That's insane to me. The company messed up the delivery but acted like I was the problem, not the person who actually helped me out of the goodness of their heart. Zero accountability, zero help. I won't be ordering from them again.

I'm a fan of their clothes and the in-store experience is solid but their online service needs work. When I ordered some jeans for my son on Sunday, by the time Thursday came around I still had no idea when it would arrive. There's no way to stay updated about where your stuff is at. I'm hoping it comes sometime in the next week at least.

I made a purchase at a store location in early August. The employee wasn't sure if he'd cancelled the original transaction since it vanished from the system and he couldn't get a receipt to print. He was pretty great about it though and immediately got support involved. The support team said the charge had been cancelled but it was still showing as pending in my account. They assured us once it cleared it wouldn't actually charge so he processed the order again. That first charge never cleared. I ended up getting double charged. After going back and forth with them for a few weeks, I finally got confirmation that yes, both charges went through, and they'll refund me in 2 to 4 weeks time. This shouldn't have happened and definitely shouldn't take this long. The only way to get help is through their chat support, and everyone there just repeats the same canned responses about understanding and apologizing. Even when you ask for management it's the same unhelpful script. I tried calling another location to find out how to reach someone higher up and couldn't get anywhere.

Asking to talk to someone with actual authority gets you the same scripted response. I even tried calling a store to get in touch with management and hit a wall.

This company is a joke. You pay for stuff and they don't even send it to you.
