What Is the Pact Shipping Policy?
According to Pact’s shipping policy, they aim to process your order within 2 business days. They offer two shipping options: Standard and Expedited.
For Standard Shipping, the cost is $9.00 for orders under $150. The great news is that if your order is $150 or more, Standard Shipping is free!
If you need your items faster, you can choose Expedited Shipping. This costs $12.00 for orders under $150, but the price drops to just $3.00 for orders of $150 or more.

What Is the Pact Return Policy?
If you need to return or exchange something, you can do so as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make your return.
For domestic orders, returns are free and easy. You can either drop off your items at a Happy Returns Bar location at no cost, or you can print a label and mail them back with UPS for a small $3 processing fee.
