I ordered four pairs of three-millimeter titanium crystal stud earrings for four new piercings I had done in my upper lobes. I'm extremely allergic to most metals and can only wear titanium. My dermatologist's nurse recommended this store specifically for quality titanium jewelry. What I got was four pairs of five-millimeter studs instead. When I put one pair on, they were huge and didn't fit right. I called customer service and Sydney explained that when items are out of stock, the system sometimes auto-substitutes similar products. She said I could return them for an email follow-up. After going back and forth with emails, I found out I could only return three pairs because I'd tried on one (which voided the return), I'd already lost seven dollars on original shipping they made a mistake on, and they don't even carry the three-millimeter size anymore. I'd get store credit instead. So now I'm stuck with credit that I have to spend on something they don't make, plus I'm paying shipping again on a problem that was their fault. That's not good customer service.
This is hands down the worst tattoo supply company I've dealt with. If you need your order by the date they promise after you pay for shipping, don't count on it. They won't care about you or your business and will ship weeks after you order. Skip them and buy somewhere else. When you complain, they act like it's no big deal and offer refunds that take a week to process.
