I've been loyal to Pampers Premium Protection since the beginning and loved the original formula. It was incredibly soft, thick, and dependable for my baby. Lately though, the quality has dropped significantly. The material feels thinner and doesn't compare to what it used to be. It's really disappointing because the original truly felt premium. I'm hoping Pampers brings back that same high quality that so many of us parents trusted before. Product details: Pampers Premium Protection, Size 7.

The customer service here is awful. I had a problem with a coupon I earned through their rewards app. The store wouldn't accept it even though my basket had the right product and the coupon covered that retailer. When I reached out, they shuffled me between different departments. Eventually a rep named Alison stepped in and seemed helpful, promising to mail me two replacement packs. I was satisfied at the time on the 8th of January. By February 5th I still hadn't gotten anything, so I followed up. They claimed the packs were mailed but after three weeks nothing arrived. I still have some Pampers left to use, but I've already switched to other brands because I don't want to deal with this company again. I earned another £5 coupon but I'm not even going to bother using it since it probably won't work either.

Never had trouble with Pampers before, but this recent batch is terrible. Every single diaper I've used leaks constantly, even with barely anything in them. Changed my baby this morning and within 30 minutes it had already leaked. Whatever they changed with this batch needs to be fixed immediately.

Worst experience ever. I bought Pampers for all three of my kids and saved up points for a £20 Amazon discount. The codes simply don't work. Their customer service is incredibly slow, taking over a week to respond with identical generic replies. I'm switching brands because I feel cheated by all the money I spent on diapers plus those useless codes that never came through. Pampers keeps brushing me off, so I'm done with them!

I used to love Pampers but my recent purchase completely changed my mind. The quality is noticeably worse now, like 80% thinner than before. The material is scratchy, doesn't absorb well, and they don't actually prevent leaks. I was stubborn about using other brands but now I'm switching away from my once favorite because they clearly went cheap and sold us a much thinner product.

The diapers themselves are fine, but I'm really disappointed with their rewards program. Ever since they ditched the gift card options, it feels like a total ripoff. Using the coupons was already annoying, and now they've expired all my credits for whatever new system they're pushing.

Amazing diapers and wipes! I can't picture raising my baby with anything else. They're seriously excellent!

This is literally the only brand my son's skin tolerates! Great quality and honestly pretty reasonable on the wallet. We're obsessed with the Cruiser 360 especially now that our son is getting older and trying to undo everything. With these, he can't do that! They keep him comfortable too. Plus I really dig scanning the codes on each package to collect points and snag coupons. Super easy way to save some cash. Hands down the best brand out there!
