Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired, so check RetailCoupons.com to confirm it is still active before attempting to use it.
  • Some codes apply only to specific vacation packages or destinations, so verify the offer terms match your booking.
  • Typos in code entry will prevent it from working, so double-check spelling and capitalization when pasting.
  • The code may exclude certain dates or seasons, so confirm your travel dates fall within the offer window.
  • Multiple promo codes cannot usually be stacked in a single transaction, so remove any other codes before applying a new one.
  • If a code fails to work after verification, contact Peek customer service with your code and booking details for assistance.

Peek Savings Hacks

Check Off-Season Travel Dates

Vacation packages typically cost less during shoulder and off-season periods. Pairing these naturally lower prices with available promo codes can maximize your total savings.

Compare Package Bundles

Peek often offers bundled packages that combine flights, lodging, and activities. Bundles may provide better per-item value than booking components separately, especially when combined with an active promo code.

Sign Up for Email Alerts

Many travel retailers send exclusive codes and flash deals to email subscribers. Joining Peek's mailing list may give you early access to promotions before they appear elsewhere.

Review Customer Feedback First

Before booking a vacation package, read customer reviews of your specific destination or operator. Ensuring the package meets expectations helps you avoid costly cancellations or disputes.

Peek Shipping Policy

Vacation packages are digital products delivered as confirmed bookings and itineraries rather than physical shipments. Confirmation details are typically sent via email, and delivery timing depends on the travel dates selected in your package.

Peek Returns & Refund Policy

Return and cancellation policies for vacation packages vary by travel date, package type, and supplier. Shoppers should review the cancellation terms presented at checkout and contact Peek customer service if they need to modify or cancel a booking after purchase.

Peek receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from both business users and customers. Business owners report that the booking platform failed to deliver on promises, with issues including poor software reliability, website crashes, difficult customer support, hidden fees, and expensive penalty structures. Tour operators and rental businesses who switched from other platforms describe wasting significant time on basic updates and lacking adequate onboarding support after leaving established systems mid-season. Customers also report problems with actual service delivery, such as no-show pickups and price discrepancies between what was charged and dock rates.

The few positive reviews are minimal, with only a small fraction of users rating the service favorably. Common frustrations include overly complex systems, unresponsive support teams, cancellation policies that are difficult to execute despite stated terms, and sales tactics that don't align with actual product performance. Business users particularly emphasize that switching to Peek proved costly in both time and operational disruption.

Peek Pro was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had! I've been operating my tour business for almost a decade and after years of constant calls from Peek trying to get me to switch, I finally did. I left my reliable booking platform in the middle of my busiest season and switched to Peek thinking it would work as advertised. It didn't. The website navigation was insanely complicated, the app was terrible, and I couldn't book last-minute customers because of how hard it was to use. But that's not even the worst part. Customer service was absolutely useless. Nobody would pick up the phone, there was no live chat, the AI chatbot sent me to the wrong pages, and when I submitted help requests they'd take five to ten days to respond when I needed answers immediately. They only got responsive once I said I was leaving, which was way too late. I lost serious money because I couldn't manually enter bookings and had to personally refund customers since I never figured out how to process refunds through their system.

I tried using Peek for my rental business and it was a total disaster. The software was supposed to make our work faster, but instead I wasted hours every week just making basic updates. The sales rep didn't stick around to help, so I had to call support constantly for every little problem. They also charge a 500 dollar penalty if you get hit with a credit card chargeback, even if the dispute is totally legitimate.

We reserved a boat transfer from Sierpe to Drake Bay in Costa Rica and when we got there at the scheduled time, there was no boat waiting. We had to catch the regular boat instead and waited an hour. On top of that, we got charged 80 dollars for two people when the actual cost at the dock is just 40 dollars. We've tried reaching out by email and phone multiple times but get no response.

I own a destination management company based in Jamaica and I'm telling other business owners to avoid Peek Pro at all costs. This has been one of the worst decisions I've made for my company. Ever since we started using Peek it's been an absolute nightmare. Their system caused my website to crash repeatedly with no support to fix it, which meant losing customers and still dealing with fallout. Peek's system automatically changed my tour pricing without my permission. One high-value booking had to be canceled because of this, which cost me money and hurt my reputation. One of my bookings still hasn't been refunded after they messed up and I had to cancel it, and their system won't even let me process the refund myself. I've lost that client for good. I've sent multiple emails and support tickets and gotten nothing back. Their chat feature doesn't work and you can't get anyone on the phone. For a business platform this is unacceptable. I've asked them to remove their integration from my website and help restore it but I just get silence.

Peek functions as a booking platform, but honestly they make it nearly impossible to cancel despite what they claim. I booked and paid for a day trip in the Czech Republic with a clear 24-hour cancellation window. Right after booking, Peek said the tour operator would contact me, but they never did. When I tried to cancel within the cancellation period, I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I even found the tour operator's email address myself and tried contacting them directly with no luck. The real kicker? Peek didn't give me the tour operator's contact info until one full day after my tour was scheduled. You basically can't cancel without that info. Skip Peek entirely.

Their system is way too complicated. And the support team is really bad.

I have to warn against using Peek. I booked an activity in Bangkok upfront and got confirmation, but later found out my original reservation was canceled and I received something completely different instead. They did issue a refund, but I ended up losing money because of credit card exchange rate changes. Getting answers took forever because their customer service was really lacking. The problem seems to be that they work with multiple partners like Bangkok Top Sights and Viator, so having three different companies involved in one booking creates chaos and jacks up prices. Travelers to Thailand expect things to go smoothly, and Peek definitely doesn't deliver that.

Terrible outfit. Dishonest people. Straight up thieves. They claimed a tour went through when it actually didn't happen. The tour provider canceled the night before due to Covid. Both Peek and the operator won't give me my money back. I'm done with this platform forever and I'm telling everyone I know how bad they really are.

DO NOT USE PEEK. I got scammed through their platform. I bought event tickets (they didn't even send them at first and I had to get them another way) and when the event was called off, they wouldn't refund me even though the venue promised to. When my credit card company asked about it, Peek claimed I actually received the service and never asked for a refund. I had written proof that I did, but they lied anyway. I've been dealing with this for a month and still haven't gotten anything back. Avoid Peek and any venues using them. Go somewhere else.

This doesn't work and I've spent tons of hours trying to get support without any help. I asked for a refund and they make the process super difficult. I'm still fighting to get my money back even now. Don't buy into this app. It's a waste of your time and money.

UPDATED: If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm switching to a different platform. They ignore my support emails for three to four days sometimes, and when they finally respond it's just a generic message that doesn't even address what I asked. ORIGINAL: I've been running a tour company using Peek and while there are tons of reasons I wouldn't suggest them, the biggest issue is that customer support basically doesn't exist, especially when you need quick fixes. Their booking system has lots of problems that they don't seem interested in fixing or improving. I regret making the switch but I'm kind of stuck now since I redesigned my whole website to work with their platform.

Peek is hitting me with extra charges that I can't explain. I've asked them about it repeatedly and they just ignore me.

Vincent P.Nov 24, 2023

UPDATE: They finally gave me a 50% refund, so I'm changing my rating accordingly. Back in June 2023 I booked a zip line tour at Bavaro Adventure Park in Punta Cana using a credit card for about 460 dollars. The next day my flight got canceled due to bad weather, so I contacted the park right away to cancel my tour. They said yes and agreed to refund 50%, which came to about 230 dollars. I saw two refund transactions for that amount and thought they went above and beyond. But then a few days later they charged me twice again for the same amount. I ended up losing all 460 dollars. Even with multiple attempts with the company and my credit card company, I haven't gotten the refund they promised.

I wish I could rate them zero stars. The customer service rep kept disconnecting the call when the driver was running late. She never called back and just kept hanging up like she was annoyed with me. We were supposed to meet at 10:45 but the driver didn't show up until almost noon. Absolutely awful customer service. Don't use this company.

Monica G.Nov 8, 2022

This company is running a scam. My bank is actually investigating them right now for fraudulent charges on my account. Stay away from them.
