My wife purchased what was supposed to be a gold bracelet at one of their locations during a trip abroad in the fall of 2025. She paid over $300 for it, but when it broke a few months later, we discovered it was actually just gold plated - not solid gold at all. Felt completely ripped off by this company and can't recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. Rose at this location has helped me so many times and she's always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She listens to what I'm looking for and gives me solid advice about jewelry. I specifically shop here because I know the staff will take care of me. Rose deserves special recognition for the outstanding service she provides.

Used to shop with them all the time online - made tons of purchases over a year with no problems. Then out of nowhere they blocked my account from ordering online. I've tried calling, texting, messaging through multiple channels but can't get any real help or explanation. When I went to a physical store to try to fix it, they still won't let me order online again and won't tell me why or what I need to do. I think they're doing this on purpose to force people into stores where it costs them more to operate. It's not protecting me - it's annoying their loyal customers.

When I tried to return it, their store locator told me I'd have to drive over 100 miles just to get to the nearest location. This was my last purchase from this company.

Now they're telling me they won't honor it because my ring is too old. That feels like a broken promise and honestly makes me question how much their guarantees are worth. A national chain should stand behind what they promise. I won't be going back, and I'd warn anyone buying expensive jewelry to really think twice about what they're being told.

Peoples claimed they needed to replace 164 prongs - clearly that wasn't accurate since nobody else found that many issues.

I've ordered from Peoples a few times and the products themselves are decent enough. My issue is that online shipping takes forever - sometimes a whole month to get something. In today's retail environment, that's really slow and doesn't make sense for online orders.
