Steer clear of this company. I'd been a satisfied customer for two decades until my most recent purchase arrived on the 23rd. The item wasn't what I expected, the fabric was subpar, and it didn't fit right. I went to start a return right away but got told their label printer was broken. Still waiting to hear back. The phone numbers listed on their site aren't working either. I'm looking for guidance on filing a complaint.

I'm really upset with myself for not checking the reviews first. I ordered an overpriced jacket with a design I wasn't happy with back in November and now I'm hearing the same ridiculous stuff about technical problems. They've stopped replying to my messages even though they said weeks ago that everything would be working normally soon. Just stay away from this place. I'm going to escalate this through media channels because I can't afford to lose this much money and I'm incredibly disappointed. Do not shop here.

Definitely disappointed here. I paid about €600 for a knitted coat that started stretching out while I wore it. Now it hangs way too long and probably won't be wearable much longer as it keeps stretching. When I complained, they offered me a €25 credit toward future purchases. That's not fair compensation for a €600 item I can't even use. I also have to say their website is poorly maintained and doesn't always show current inventory information.

I added a pair of leather gloves for $179 to my cart, but when I went to pay, I realized they charge shipping based on order total, not a flat fee. You only get free shipping once you hit $350 in purchases. Below that, the more you buy, the more you pay to ship it. I think that's backwards - it discourages people from spending money. In this case, the gloves would cost me $16.95 just to ship. I called to voice my concerns about this approach, but the person who answered basically shrugged it off. I deleted everything from my cart and unsubscribed from their emails. I'm done with them. That designer coat I've had my eye on will have to stay a fantasy.

I've been waiting more than 10 weeks for a substantial refund on an item the company confirmed they received back. They're not being straightforward and won't commit to when I'll get my money. I'm tired of hearing excuses about system upgrades holding up refunds. I've filed complaints with the FTC and Trading Standards because I think others deserve to know what happened to me.

Watch out - this company sells your information to other businesses and you'll end up flooded with printed catalogs that are annoying to stop.

The rep was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. It's rare to work with customer service people who are this good. She clearly understands the merchandise and even knows little details like how colors really look when you have them in your hands.

I'm going with three stars because the pants and tops I ordered have been acceptable. That said, I agree with other reviewers about the pilling issue. I got several wool items all around the same time. I wore the tunics just a handful of times, put them away during warmer months, and found they'd started pilling while sitting in the closet. It's disappointing. Peruvian Connection used to be my go-to for quality items. I bought a beautiful sheath dress for my daughter's wedding back in 2012 and it's still holding up great. But the wool pieces I've bought recently are looking shabby. Even our local consignment shop won't take the wool pieces. I'm not sure these are even good enough to give away.

The rep was absolutely fantastic. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, almost like she could read my mind. Beyond that, she gave me really helpful suggestions on which accessories would work best with my purchase.

Got a sweater that arrived quickly, was wrapped really nicely, and is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is incredibly soft, made with great attention to detail, and honestly surpasses how it looked online.
