I've had a bunch of late shipments and I'm not talking about a couple days here I mean delays of a week or longer. The container sizes keep changing and the portions don't always match what I should be getting. Getting responses to my messages is taking longer and longer. When I finally called, they offered to throw in some extra tubs as a buffer for future late shipments. Guess what those extra tubs were also a week late! But here's the kicker somehow sending those meant they canceled my main shipment. So now I'm actually in a worse position than before. I don't think they deserve another chance at this point. If your deliveries are chronically late then you need to update your lead times. It's clearly a problem with how they're running things.

This used to be such a solid company but things have really deteriorated lately. I've been buying from them for years and watched it happen firsthand. Deliveries have become unreliable you order something and suddenly it's out of stock. I've gotten so many orders where half the items I wanted weren't available. Now they're even having trouble keeping their regular packaging in stock, so you end up getting different sized containers than you asked for and it doesn't equal the usual amount. It's disappointing because I can't recommend them anymore. The whole reason I liked this company was the reliability, and that's just gone.

Our dog really enjoys eating this and the containers are way easier to portion out compared to other fresh food brands. Unfortunately our last two orders have had problems. One time they said a flavor we wanted was sold out. They could've asked what we wanted instead, but they just picked a replacement. The convenience was the whole reason we switched to this brand in the first place since our dog gets exactly half a container per meal. Easy! Then on the next delivery they ran out of the container size we normally get. Without checking with us first, they sent larger ones. I mean it's not a huge deal, but now we have to measure portions which defeats the whole purpose of why we liked them. I'm giving them one more chance to get their act together before I cancel. As it stands right now, three out of six flavors are unavailable. They mentioned tariffs affecting their supply in another response but I'm not sure I buy that explanation. As of today, three of the six flavors are out of stock. *Update: They replied asking me to change my notification settings even though those were already adjusted. I only get notified when something ships, which isn't really helpful.

The product itself looked promising, but the fulfillment and shipping process was a disaster. My first shipment showed up missing two containers out of the seven I ordered. The packaging that was supposed to have dry ice to keep everything cold was basically empty, so the food warmed up significantly during transit. It was over 50 degrees outside and more than half the food came in warm, not even cool. I had to toss over half of what I received. Even though it looked great on the website, the actual experience fell short. I asked for my money back and won't be ordering again.

With all the concerns about grain free formulas and potential health risks for dogs, I wish they offered recipes with grains included. I haven't ordered yet but once they develop a grain inclusive option I'll definitely be willing to try them.
