You're violating UK distance selling laws. I rejected delivery of a 1500 pound order based on advice from your customer service team, and the items went back to the sender on January 13, 2026. UPS confirms they received everything. I still haven't gotten any notification about a refund being started. UK law requires refunds within 14 days. These items were returned 26 days ago and I've heard absolutely nothing. I've tried escalating through support multiple times and opened several tickets but gotten zero responses. I'm now being charged 21.9% interest on my PayPal credit balance and am hiring a no win no fee lawyer to recover my money, interest, and legal costs. Their support team for Hue is really disappointing. I spent a lot of money on a bridge, light strip, and even paid for the monthly Hue Sync subscription for my Samsung TV. When I couldn't get the TV to start and stop the sync using their app, I reached out for help. Support had me uninstall and reinstall the app, factory reset my TV, and try a bunch of other things. Eventually, the next level of support told me the native app just doesn't have that feature. I wasted three days on this with level one support for nothing. They should be embarrassed. Not including a feature you charge for in the native app is not acceptable.
