This woman deserves a raise or promotion. I hope Pinto Ranch values what she does for their business.
The boots themselves are decent quality and you can reach someone to place an order, but good luck getting through to the returns department. It's a pain. Because of that hassle, I'm shopping elsewhere now.

Watch out with this company. They ignore your emails. I requested the promotional 25% discount since my order hadn't arrived yet and got nothing back. Then I needed to return an item I paid extra to send back and still no response. This is the worst customer service I've had anywhere. Someone should report them to the BBB. These western products are way overpriced too. I'll update this review once they actually respond and I get my refund.

Total scam. I ordered online and paid extra for unlimited free returns. Got a Stetson hat that was too small and had stains and damage. Sent it back right away. Two weeks later they hadn't sent a replacement or my money back even though I called customer service almost every single day. Finally a rep told me there was no replacement in stock but couldn't refund me because the refund person was out sick. I filed a PayPal dispute and now they're claiming they can't refund because of the dispute, which makes no sense. I even copied exact instructions from PayPal and sent them. They stopped responding to PayPal and my emails. Almost two months later and I'm still out almost $180 with no refund and no item. This company is done for me.
