I was passing through and stopped by a location to use the facilities. The thing that really bothered me was the shower situation - the water was freezing! That's definitely something management needs to address immediately.

I was let go from my job here over allegations of spreading talk and gossip about my supervisor, but that's not accurate. All I did was mention that trash cleanup could happen more often. That's it. Yet my boss was doing way worse things, gossiping about me to other staff members without any consequences. She holds a manager position at the local club too. Beyond that, I was honestly one of the strongest performers there. I consistently brought in new members, I aced a mystery shopper evaluation and scored higher than almost everyone else across all locations, I remembered most of our members by name, and I was genuinely supportive of my coworkers. I gave everything I had for five years and it's devastating to feel thrown away like that. It's been nearly a month since I left and the hurt is still fresh. I really miss that place.

It's a solid gym for regular workouts with round the clock hours and well maintained machines. My complaint is purely about the cancellation process. Trying to end your membership is way too complicated and makes you want to pull your hair out!

It's a terrible move because now there's always a wait for a basic stationary bike. I'm officially canceling my membership over this.

Planet Fitness definitely sets the standard for what a gym should offer. Everything is spotless, welcoming, and organized in a way that keeps me on track with my health goals. Harry, Kashish, and Manju are standouts on the team. They're polite, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile for members. The environment here is so positive and there's zero judgment. All the machines are kept in great shape. No matter your fitness level, you'll feel at home. They really show they care about customer satisfaction, health, and building community. Highly suggest the South Common location.

What I love most is that the staff actually cares about the members. The whole place has such a positive, welcoming energy without any judgment. All the machines are in excellent condition. Whether you're just starting out or you've been lifting for years, this is a spot where you'll feel comfortable. Customer service and community are clearly priorities here. Definitely check out the location at South Common.

I requested to freeze my membership in the middle of October for a two month period while traveling abroad. The freeze was supposed to cover mid-October through mid-December, but they ended up freezing it in December and January instead. When I came back and checked on the account around late December, staff informed me they had already charged me for the full October to November period even though I was overseas during that time. They refused to comp me that month or reimburse me, which felt really unfair.

My local Planet Fitness feels like a tight community of people who are all into fitness. I have to give props to the management team for maintaining a place that actually makes me want to show up and work out.

My visits to the Pearland location are consistently great. The team there is fantastic and really makes a difference.

Machines are easy to get on without waiting around and the staff is really friendly.
