The pieces I picked up are absolutely gorgeous. They were packaged really nicely and showed up right when they said it would.

I'm really into their vintage-inspired pieces. The quality is solid and there's tons of variety to pick from. It would help to have better bag descriptions though, like how many pockets and zippers, plus interior shots so you know what you're getting. Also wish the shipping costs hadn't gone up so much.

It finally arrived! Put in an order for a jacket on July 3rd and got it on July 18th. I was getting nervous from reading all the bad reviews but my faith is back. The size chart said to order size 8, but I went with size 10 to be safe. In retrospect I should have trusted the guide, but what I got is still wearable. The item matches the pictures perfectly. The color and material are beautiful.

Shopping online here is tough because sizing is all over the place. One size 14 will be enormous, while another is more like a size 10.

Terrible customer service and definitely check their return policy before you buy. They're hard to reach, especially when it's their mistake like what happened with my first order. When you do get a return approved, they give you store credit. But you end up paying to ship it back after paying for the original delivery. Then you use the credit to reorder and pay shipping once more. I spent $45 on postage altogether, which cost more than what the item was worth. Won't shop there again.

Terrible experience with customer service. Ordered a Christmas present about a month ago and I'm heading overseas tomorrow but it still hasn't come. I contacted Australia Post about it and they can't find the package. I asked the company to investigate as the shipper, but they wouldn't follow up. According to tracking, the parcel's been sent back and forth between two states three times now, and after a month the company still says maybe it'll arrive. No help, no refund, incredibly frustrating situation despite sending many emails.

The stuff is nice quality, but I bought dresses for my daughter that worked out great, so I ordered some for me. They fit terribly and didn't suit my style at all.
