I grabbed a dress and a pair of shoes recently, and my experience was mostly fantastic with some notes. The dress itself was stunning. The fabric quality felt expensive and luxurious, and it fit me perfectly. I wore it and felt incredible, plus I got tons of compliments. The shoes looked fantastic with the outfit and coordinated beautifully, but they were on the snug side and started bothering my feet after a couple hours of wearing them. I ordered shoes and got sent the completely wrong pair, which messed up my plans. Then when I reached out to customer service, they just kept asking question after question. I honestly thought they were going to help, but nope! Each reply took a full 24 hours, so between three emails I wasted three full days waiting. In the end, they just told me to buy the shoes again, meaning I'd have to pay twice and risk getting the wrong ones yet again. Because of my spine and hip conditions, I physically can't wear those super tall heels. The company should've simply sent the right shoes and had me return the wrong pair. Really frustrated and definitely won't shop here anymore.

The shoes they sent have heels way too high for me, and with my back and hip problems I simply can't wear them. The right thing to do would've been to ship me the correct pair and let me send back what I got. This whole experience was disappointing and I won't be purchasing from them again.
