Where's my replacement motor? It's been a month now. I really need an electric bed frame for medical reasons, not just want it. Your lifetime warranty covers the frame, so why am I required to flip the bed, send videos and photos, and wait for your approval? You guys must have tons of defective items sitting there waiting for reviews. Just send the motor or a replacement frame right away.

Fast forward to today, two years later, and the same problem is happening all over again. Their lifetime warranty is basically meaningless and getting them to help is a huge ordeal. I'm not even sure I have the energy to call them again. At my age, I can't handle all that mattress documentation all over again. That's their strategy, wearing customers down until they give up. They want you to jump through hoops with measurements, indentation photos, and all sorts of other requirements just to prove something is actually broken.

During the first week or so, things seemed okay, but we've had it for just under a month now and there are already soft spots and bumps all over. There's a card inside that says these issues are totally normal for their mattresses, but shouldn't that be front and center in all that marketing material they sent while trying to get you to buy? And they won't stop talking about their warranty, except they get to decide if they fix it or replace it. Why would anyone want that instead of getting their money back? Plus you pay to ship it back. Shop around carefully with this one. I really wish I could show you that card they sent. Make sure you ask about it before ordering.

Absolutely terrible experience with customer service. I couldn't get straight answers about why my delivery was delayed by over a week or when it might actually show up. When I spoke with two different reps, they both basically called me a liar. After saying they'd wait a couple more days, they just cancelled my order when it was almost at my house. The first rep was incredibly dismissive and evasive, and actually lied to me on two separate occasions about warranty claims never being filed for a certain model (the store told us there were about 3 claims just at their location), and claimed they couldn't tell me how thick the wool layer is, which is basic info available right on the product listing. The second person was friendly and helpful but gave me incorrect information about how the warranty operates. When I mentioned we'd dealt with another brand whose wool pillow top compressed so much that both sides had over an inch-deep indentations after just 8 months of regular use and they refused to help, he reviewed the pictures I'd sent that other company and said "that's clearly defective and we would definitely replace it." But when I asked him to put that promise in writing before dropping almost four grand, a supervisor called me back. That supervisor made it clear he'd need to reconsider and investigate further before making any kind of commitment.

We picked up the queen size Puffy in 2020, and as side sleepers we went for the Lux model based on all those glowing 5 star reviews we saw everywhere (though we've learned not to trust those reviews quite so much). Within just a few months of having it, both my husband and I started getting constant pain in our hips and lower back. We're constantly switching how we're positioned to try to get some relief. There's a ridge running down the middle that causes one of us to slide toward the other when we're trying to reposition, which keeps waking us up. A mattress that costs this much shouldn't cause these kinds of problems. We're looking at switching to a completely different brand now after only a couple of years with this one. Think carefully before making a purchase decision.

Make sure you read the details on their return policy. Puffy's return policy seems great in theory, but only if you order straight from their website. I wanted to try the bed out in person before committing, so we tested one at a store and bought from the retailer thinking it would be protected under the company policy. After sleeping on it just one night, my back was absolutely wrecked. I'd never had back issues before! When I asked about returning it, the store said they wouldn't honor what Puffy advertises. I contacted the company directly and found out their generous return policy is only good for orders placed online through them. The retailer decides what they'll accept returns on. Now I'm stuck paying for two twin XL mattresses I can't use.

Steer clear of Puffy. I had to replace my mattress once before because it was sagging, which was an absolute nightmare that lasted over half a year since their support is pretty much nonexistent. Now I'm dealing with an even bigger problem with my current mattress. I unzipped and removed the washable cover like Puffy said it was safe to do, intending to wash it. What I found was absolutely shocking: FIBERGLASS is scattered everywhere across my entire bedroom and beyond. Tiny little glass fibers are covering everything from my couch to my floor tiles and carpet. Do a quick search online and Puffy will insist there's no fiberglass in their products. Complete nonsense that I unfortunately believed. I specifically tried to get a mattress without fiberglass, so I went with Puffy based on what these websites promised, only to discover their mattresses absolutely do contain fiberglass. When I got in touch with Puffy support, they basically said I was making it up and that their mattresses contain zero fiberglass, which directly contradicts what I'm seeing all over my home.
