quantumfiber.com Savings Hacks

Check RetailCoupons.com regularly for new offers

Quantum Fiber promo codes rotate regularly through the site's affiliate programs. Check the live offers list at the top of this page and revisit often to catch new deals as they become available.

Stack service with equipment promos

Some offers apply to internet service only while others cover installation, modems, or routers. Read the full terms of each code to see whether combining multiple incentives is possible.

Compare plan speeds before applying codes

Verify that a discounted plan meets your business needs before checkout. A lower price on a slower tier may not deliver the value you need for your operations.

Confirm service availability first

Quantum Fiber is not available everywhere. Enter your address on the website to confirm service at your location before searching for promo codes.

quantumfiber.com Shipping Policy

Quantum Fiber provides internet service rather than physical shipments. Installation and service activation timelines depend on your location and the technician schedule. Contact the company directly for specific details on service setup and activation fees.

quantumfiber.com Returns & Refund Policy

Internet service contracts typically include early termination or cancellation policies. Review Quantum Fiber's service agreement and terms during checkout to understand any cancellation fees or contract obligations before signing up.

Quantum Fiber's reputation on RetailCoupons.com is heavily weighted toward negative experiences. The vast majority of shoppers report severe customer service failures, including extended service outages lasting days or weeks without prompt technician response, unresponsive support systems (including a malfunctioning app), and installation delays that stretch far beyond initial timelines. Shoppers also cite coverage issues even after extensive equipment setup, and describe frustration with inflexible refund policies when service proves inadequate. A smaller segment of recent reviews (rated 2.3 out of 5 by 24 shoppers) reflects positive experiences, though these are vastly outnumbered by complaints.

The company's primary appeal is competitive pricing, but shoppers consistently report that low upfront costs do not justify unreliable service delivery and inaccessible support. Work-from-home users have been particularly affected, with several reviewers noting they were forced to maintain backup internet service because Quantum Fiber could not guarantee reliability. Common themes include multi-day waits for technician appointments, missed appointments, slow infrastructure installation, and app-based support that frequently malfunctions, leaving customers without viable ways to contact the company.

Customer service doesn't really exist anymore. Everything's done through an app that doesn't work half the time. They told us to wait five days for replacement pods, but in the meantime we have zero wifi in the house.

Linda C.Apr 1, 2026

I signed up because their prices looked really good compared to competitors. They said service was available at way cheaper rates. I paid and they set up an installation. Turns out they need to run a line across my street, and they said it might take two weeks. After several weeks with no progress, I asked for my money back. They said no but promised I wouldn't be charged until after installation. That's just great. Now I got a notice saying my install is scheduled for Christmas this year. So they're basically holding my cash for nine months. What a scam.

My service quit and they told me it would take 10 days to send someone out. When the tech never showed, they said another 5 days. Don't use this company. Their service is really bad. Also, we had better coverage with our old DSL setup that only needed one router, but this fiber setup has a router plus four extenders and still doesn't reach the whole house. Just a waste of money.

Steven K.Mar 31, 2026

The customer service here is really bad. It took four whole days just to get a tech to come fix my connection, which meant four days without internet. Then three days after that, the service dropped again. The next available appointment was another three days away, so I set it up. The technician never came. After two weeks with them, I've been without internet for a full week. I wanted better than Xfinity but this is actually worse.

Kevin H.Mar 26, 2026

I'm having the same issues lots of other people mention. A couple weeks after starting and the service went out, but the soonest they could send a tech was six days later. For someone who works from home, this just doesn't cut it. I'm glad I kept my old service active. I really should have paid attention to these reviews but the deal was too good to ignore. Google Fiber's already in the ground and about to launch in our area, so I'll hold out for that instead. Just skip Quantum if you can.

Michael B.Mar 26, 2026

Same problems as everyone else here. A couple weeks in and the service went down, but they couldn't get a technician out for six days. I work from home so that's not acceptable at all. Lucky for me I hadn't shut off my old service yet. I should have paid attention to the reviews but the price was too tempting. Google Fiber is already installed and launching soon, so I'll switch to them instead. Seriously, don't go with Quantum.

Amar J.Mar 24, 2026

I would rate them zero if I could. Our internet went down suddenly this morning and getting through to someone was basically impossible after waiting thirty to forty-five minutes on the phone. Once I finally got a person, they offered no real help and told me a technician needs to visit. The soonest appointment was eight days away. It's wild that they expect you to wait over a week when internet is essential for everything. When I asked about cancelling to get back the monthly payment I'd already made, they said they couldn't refund it. This is frustrating when you're trying to work from your home. We've had Quantum for three months and it's fine when it's working, but the second something breaks they fall apart. Don't do it. I rarely leave reviews but this really tested my patience and nerves today. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Priya S.Mar 24, 2026

I'd give them zero stars if I could. This morning our internet just stopped working and when I called to get help, it was nearly impossible to reach anybody. I waited on hold for between thirty and forty-five minutes. When I finally got through, they couldn't help and said a technician would need to come look at it. The first slot they had available was eight days out. In today's world when everything needs internet, asking someone to wait over a week is crazy. I asked to cancel and get a refund for the month I'd already paid and they said no. Can you imagine? So I'm stuck home without reliable internet trying to work. Quantum has been running fine for the past three months, but the moment you have a problem, they're completely useless. My strong advice is to stay away. I don't usually write reviews, but this today really pushed me over the edge. Please stay away.

Thomas F.Mar 19, 2026

I've had Quantum for three months and the service has gone down three times already. Each time it's taken four to five days to get somebody out to fix it. Twice the outages were caused by a serviceman connecting a neighbor and accidentally cutting us off, and this happened twice within a week. After getting reconnected both times, the tech told me that AT&T took over running things and fired all the experienced full-time servicemen. Now they're using independent contractors who clearly don't know the system. When it's up and running it's pretty solid, but AT&T has definitely cut corners and it shows.

This company is awful! Technicians knock on doors as late as 9 at night. They treat their workers terribly with zero respect, ignoring do not solicit signs and people's schedules. They promise staff they'll get great opportunities but follow through with nothing. These young workers are out there six days a week for ten hours a day in pouring rain, all working on commission alone. Any business that treats its workers this way gets a hard no from me, period, even if it was free service.

This company is terrible! Technicians show up at your house as late as 9 at night. They treat their workers horrible with no respect, ignoring no soliciting signs and people's time. They tell employees they'll have great opportunities but deliver nothing. Meanwhile these young guys are out working six days a week, ten hours daily, all on commission and getting rained on constantly. Any business that treats its staff like this is off limits for me, even if it was free.

Update - Our gigabit fiber connection suddenly dropped to basically dial-up, which was awful. I called to report it and they said the nearest repair visit was a week away. That left us basically unable to use it for about seven days. My college student had to go to a coffee shop and pay to access their internet so she could do homework and essays. When I asked for a bill credit for that month, they said maybe but nothing was guaranteed. I'm switching to Google Fiber the second it's available in our area since they're already laying lines. We've warned everyone we know to stay away from this service at all costs. Update - A relative who deals with this stuff helped us ditch the router they supplied and install a mesh wifi system of our own, which cost us $150 out of pocket and took time to set up. Now we're getting great speeds everywhere in the house and outside. It's aggravating that we had to pay extra and waste time getting it working properly when it should have been fine from the start. Today I'm actually getting 380 Mbps up and 480-600+ Mbps down like I should be.

Update - Our gigabit fiber connection suddenly tanked to basically dial-up speeds, which was terrible. When I called to report it, they said the next available tech visit was seven days out. So we had no usable internet for almost a week while my college-age kid had to go to a coffee shop and pay to use their wifi just to do schoolwork and assignments. I asked if they'd lower the bill for the month and they said maybe, but no promises. Can't wait for Google Fiber to reach us since we're ditching this. We told all our friends and family to stay far away from this service. Update - After talking to someone else dealing with this, we replaced the router they gave us with our own mesh system we had to buy for $150. That finally got us decent speeds throughout the house and yard. It's annoying that I had to spend my own money and waste time setting it up just to get what should have worked from day one. Now I'm actually getting the 380 Mbps upload and 480-600+ Mbps download speeds I signed up for.

During the installation they promised to order a signal booster that would arrive within a week. Fast forward three weeks with four phone calls and the booster still hasn't shown up. They also hit my sprinkler line when they buried the cable and I reported it immediately, but it still hasn't been fixed.

During installation they said they'd order a signal booster that would arrive in a week. Three weeks go by, I call four times, and still no booster. Oh, and they also damaged my sprinkler system when they buried the cable line. I reported it right away and nothing's been done.
