My experience with Quay Australia has been absolutely dreadful. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent order turned into a nightmare. I placed an order with an error and contacted them right away, only to be told I couldn't modify it until they shipped it out. After the package arrived, I returned it on May 25th. They claimed the refund would take 10 days. When nothing showed up after that period, I reached out again on day 17 and was told to expect another 14 days. This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is shocking, the quality doesn't justify the price point, and frankly, it feels like they're keeping my money. Don't waste your time shopping here.

Complete dishonesty. Their website clearly states that international orders outside the UK may have customs duties that aren't included, meaning I wouldn't owe anything as a UK customer. Instead, they shipped from the US and tried charging me additional customs fees. That's deceptive and wrong. Update: Different staff members gave me conflicting information. One said I'd pay customs, then another email said it was already covered. I don't know who's telling the truth. This is a scam operation and I'd stay far away.

I've purchased multiple sunglasses from this brand since 2020 and I'm extremely disappointed. I bought a pair of their sunglasses and the glue used to attach the lenses started leaking out, leaving visible marks on the lenses that made them unwearable. I sent another request on March 18th, 2024, and still no confirmation that my accounts have been shut down. They're keeping my personal data hostage and won't acknowledge or delete anything. I keep getting marketing emails from them but no real communication confirming my accounts are closed. This violates consumer privacy rights and I've filed complaints with the FTC and Better Business Bureau.

Avoid ordering from this company. They shipped my package to the wrong address despite my notifications. I contacted them multiple times via email to flag the address error, but they didn't care and sent it anyway. This cost me significant money and the situation was never resolved.
