Complete dishonesty. Their website clearly states that international orders outside the UK may have customs duties that aren't included, meaning I wouldn't owe anything as a UK customer. Instead, they shipped from the US and tried charging me additional customs fees. That's deceptive and wrong. Update: Different staff members gave me conflicting information.
