Real Truck ships anywhere in the 48 states and any order that meets or exceeds a pre-tax value of $100 will ship for free! Orders less than $100 are subject to a $9.98 flat-rate shipping fee. Orders usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered (3-5 for freight), but any item labeled “Rapidship” will get sent on its way the same day.
Real Truck’s Return Policy
If a product arrives damaged, contact Real Truck within 72 hours of receipt. Take photos of your damaged order, keep all packing and packaging materials, and prepare for delivery. If freight arrives damaged, refuse delivery and do not sign for it.
