Like many others mentioned, I clicked a Facebook ad for a dress that appeared amazing in the photos. What showed up was drastically different. The material was subpar and the entire operation feels fraudulent. Which company in this day and age doesn't give refunds? Only store credit here. That's a massive warning sign and they bury it. They want you to swap for some overpriced sweater at $80, which you could find at a big box retailer for like $20. Honestly this feels like a con job and frankly I think a lawsuit would be justified here.

This company ripped me off. I saw their stuff on Instagram ads, thought their clothing looked awesome, and decided to buy a few items. When the sizes didn't match what I ordered, I tried to get a refund only to find out they just give store credit instead. Skip this company completely. I've never run into a business that doesn't allow actual returns. It's basically a situation where they keep your cash and there's zero way to get it back if the clothes don't work out. Absolutely terrible. Stay away from Red Dress. When you send something back, they don't refund to your original payment source. Instead you get store credit forced on you. I never asked for that. This is how they rip off their customers. I'm never ordering here again.

The sizing on everything here runs small and the pieces are short, plus the material feels cheap. Honestly you could find better quality stuff on Amazon for way less money, and their return system is actually customer friendly. Their return window starts from your purchase date even though their own shipping and processing takes forever, which eats away at your window to return things. And heads up you just get store credit, so you end up trapped buying their crappy stuff over and over and over.

Turns out their return policy had changed just 4 days before I made my purchase, and now they won't process returns anymore. The best they could do was offer an exchange on my $60 purchase. I'm done shopping here for good. Watch out - they advertise that all sales are final, so don't expect to be able to send anything back. Their advertising is misleading and their support team is awful.
