Sent back my order with tracking confirmation but never got refunded. They also ignored multiple emails. I'm out sixty dollars with nothing to show for it.

Poor quality merchandise and not a great shopping experience. Would not recommend.

The worst return experience ever. I ordered a tracksuit and sweater. The sweater was great, but the tracksuit ran small. It was meant as a gift so I didn't open it. I missed the return deadline by just a couple hours since it shipped early. Right away I emailed support asking if there was any way to return it since it was unworn and still sealed. A rep named Ines got back to me almost two weeks later requesting proof of purchase. I sent everything over and now it's been a month with total silence. Reebok really needs to fix their size charts and get their customer service team together because their communication is terrible. Skip online shopping with them. Zero stars.

Total disaster. I ordered running shoes online with in-store pickup, but discovered the size guide was completely inaccurate. A staff member at the store explained that because I'd used Afterpay, I couldn't swap them until all my payments went through (which basically makes the payment option useless for Reebok). She was nice about it and held a different size for me to grab once the Afterpay was finished. My support worker went to collect them, but the store had already shut down. The online support team just keeps sending the same generic copy-paste message that doesn't actually address anything. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Got my daughter a pair of shoes for her birthday, but when they came they were too small. The box had nothing in it but the shoes, no receipt or return info. I couldn't find the original email from Reebok with all the details, so I sent the shoes back to the address they came from with a friendly note. A week went by and my daughter found the receipt in her email instead. I reached out to customer service with my order info, tracking number, signature proof, everything to make sure they'd handle my return correctly. Their response? That it was my problem for not following their return process from the email I didn't have. Even though I sent it to Reebok with tracking and proof someone signed for it, they refused to give me a refund. So now I don't have shoes, no money back, and Reebok has my shoes in a warehouse somewhere. Never shopping with them again. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

After a long time I figured I'd give Reebok shoes another chance. Grabbed a pair of running shoes about two months back and they're already ripping along the upper part. I got in touch with Reebok support and they basically passed the buck to the retailer. Since I bought overseas, there's nothing the retailer can do. Really let down by both the durability of the shoes and how Reebok handled the complaint. Would not suggest buying from them.

Purchased shoes for my daughter's school several months back and they deteriorated super fast, within just a few days. Then customer service messed up my replacement order by sending the incorrect size and now they want me to pay for shipping. This is their error, not mine. The sizing guide is all over the place. It's been really frustrating and my daughter desperately needs a good pair of shoes.

Bought shoes online for my daughter to wear at school about three months ago. Within a few days they started looking completely worn out. Now customer service sent me the wrong size and is asking me to cover shipping costs. That's not right since they're the ones who made the mistake. The size chart has huge inconsistencies too. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Yes, I ordered the wrong size, that was on me. But the way their customer service team handled it was embarrassing. Communication was basically nonexistent. I haven't received a refund or even the return label they promised to send two weeks ago. There are way better shoes out there anyway.

Absolutely unacceptable company and products.

This deserves way less than one star. I've ordered from Nike and Adidas plenty of times without issues, so I figured I'd give Reebok a shot. Got charged immediately, then the next day received a cancellation notice with zero explanation. Called customer service and they basically didn't care. Their response was just a template: 'Unfortunately, the available order data does not specify the exact reason for order cancellation, such as stock availability or other internal factors. Cancellation is final and we are unable to reinstate the order.' They just told me to order again. The shoes I wanted are now out of stock and on top of that, the welcome discount won't work anymore. When I asked customer service about the coupon, I got nothing. Thanks for losing a customer, Reebok. I'm sure you'll lose plenty more reading this.

Just got a stunning pair of golden yellow Reebok trainers and I'm thrilled. The comfort is excellent, the style is beautiful, the quality is top notch, and they came wrapped up nicely. I'm definitely going to buy more Reebok trainers soon. Their selection of colors and designs is impressive. Highly recommend this company.

Reebok makes really solid shoes. Been wearing their rugged pair for about two weeks and the quality is honestly fantastic.

The two pairs of sneakers I got look exactly like they did in the pictures. I didn't pay close enough attention to the size chart and ordered my normal size, which ended up running a bit big. That said, my insoles take up room anyway so it works out. Delivery took about ten days. I had a question so I called customer support and they clarified everything for me. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
