Got a pair of Reef sneakers through Amazon and they split open after just 3 or 4 hours of wearing. Reef sent me a replacement pair that literally fell apart the same way in just a few hours. Now they're saying they won't give me my money back and want to give me store credit instead. Why would I spend anything on their site when I've seen how poorly made their products are? They're also refusing to back my Amazon purchase. I'm done with this company and would recommend staying away.

For my inconvenience, they threw me a 20% coupon. That's ridiculous. I'm done shopping with them. I'm a reasonable person. If I'd ordered something and just didn't want it, sure, I'd handle the return. But this is on them. I won't be back.

I'm really disappointed that there's no option to make changes to your order after you submit it. I might return these, or maybe try again down the road, but I'm not hopeful.

They're going to regret this decision.

Ripping off people on fixed incomes and disabled folks is a despicable business model.

They're now shipping through "Deliver Direct" instead of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, which is a shipping company nobody's heard of. My package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago but tracking shows failed delivery. I live on a military base and called Reef twice, plus left 2 messages for Deliver Direct about the issue since they should handle military addresses the same as any other carrier has for decades. Why did they let me order to this address if they can't actually deliver here? The people at Reef customer service were unhelpful, and Deliver Direct never called back. I'm never ordering from Reef again.
