My first purchase of toner cartridges went smoothly, especially with the Moustache brand. But when I ordered again, they shipped an unbranded option that gave out after just a few weeks instead of the usual several months I get from my printer. Since I'm retired and my printing stays consistent throughout the year, I'm certain the issue was with those cartridges themselves and not just one but actually both of them. I reached out via email in early March with all the details and got a generic response the same day. I shot back right away asking for them to actually address my concerns, but that message was never answered. When I returned from vacation in April, I sent another email mentioning I was still waiting and wouldn't order again until this got fixed, but again, nothing. I called in mid-April to try working this out but basically hit a wall. They told me their systems had changed so they lost all record of my emails. Then they asked me to go through everything again, but kept interrupting me the whole time.

I've been buying ink cartridges from 123InkCartridges since 2007, starting with an older HP office model, moving to a smaller HP, and since 2012 I've had a Brother printer with disc printing that I bought from them too. In all that time I've never had a single problem with the printer, cartridges, two Logitech mice, various video and HDMI cables, connectors, Philips DVDs, or other accessories. Delivery is always super fast, normally three to four days, and they mark all packages so Canada Post has to hand deliver them to your actual door rather than leaving them in a community box. The only issue I ever had in eight years was when Canada Post left an ink order in a community mailbox during freezing temps. I contacted the company about it and within five days I had replacement cartridges delivered to my door.

I've bought tons of office supplies, printer toner, and even security cameras from these guys and everything has arrived exactly as described and working perfectly. They always give you tracking info through Canada Post. I really can't find anything to complain about with 123inkcartridges. They do fantastic work and keep it up!

Their service was really bad. The toner cartridges were cheap quality. I ordered some toner to be shipped to one city but they messed up the delivery address and it went across the country instead. What should have been a two day delivery turned into two weeks or more. Their customer service didn't even try to send a replacement order or process a refund. They just don't seem to care. Bottom line is don't order toner from them if you're in a hurry.

I've been getting ink cartridges from them for about four years without any issues. I had an expired coupon code and they actually credited me the full amount without any fuss. Their online chat support was really helpful and everything ships out quickly. The aftermarket ink cartridges I've used for my printer work great and cost way less than the original manufacturer versions. I ordered four packages of toner and it showed up in just two days. Their service was excellent and I even called twice to place orders and they were super friendly both times. The quality of their ink and toner is just as good as the original manufacturer brand. They sell OEM stuff too but I choose the remanufactured cartridges because they're so much cheaper. I'll definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them!
