The delivery was quick and the pale pink box looked stunning with everything organized nicely inside. The presentation gets a perfect 10. However, I had some issues. The Gel Breaker arrived without any box, just the bottle itself, and it seemed like it wasn't completely full either. When I tried to use it, there was barely any liquid on the brush. I also ordered a purple polish that came with no packaging, just the bottle. Not sure why the Gel Breaker and polish weren't in their original boxes. On top of that, I signed up for stock notifications and got two emails within 48 hours saying something was back in inventory. Both times I checked the site to buy it, it showed sold out. I sent an email on October 12th asking if this was a system glitch or if the items were just flying off shelves, but haven't gotten a response yet, which is disappointing customer service.

The site is really intuitive and easy to navigate. These products are seriously high quality and the nail colors are stunning. I'll definitely be ordering again.

The starter kit seemed like a good buy when it showed up in April. The box looked beautiful and the shades are gorgeous with a nice consistency. However, I haven't been able to get them to last as long as promised. My manicures usually chip or start peeling around day 7 or 8, even when I'm careful following every instruction. Using builder gel might be part of the issue, but it's been really disappointing. On my last attempt, a whole nail popped off after just 5 days and I'm not even sure why. My nails have also become noticeably weaker and more flexible over time, which has made me less interested in continuing. The product looks and feels premium, but the wear time just isn't there for me.
