Sorted by: Most recentTerrible harness quality paired with awful customer service. My dog's harness snapped completely during only my second time using it. The break was clean and the material just gave out. When I reached out to the company, they asked me to provide pictures. I sent multiple detailed photos showing there was absolutely no chewing damage whatsoever. I made it clear we had just bought it and my dog only wore it during walks with me, so there's no way she could have damaged it that way. Instead of taking responsibility, they basically accused me of being dishonest and insisted my dog must have chewed it up. On top of that, they said I'd have to pay extra if I wanted a replacement harness, even though I'd already spent a lot of money on the original one. If this was actually something my dog did, I wouldn't complain. But this was clearly a defective product and the company should back what they sell instead of questioning their customers when it's their mistake. I'd recommend looking elsewhere before buying from them.
These Harnesses Are Amazing. I'm honestly not sure how I discovered this brand, but I've grabbed several of their harnesses since then and they're fantastic. They really hold up well even with pretty heavy daily use and rough handling. I'd definitely buy from them again without any doubt. Plus the shipping is super quick! Really appreciate the great service!
