Terrible harness quality paired with awful customer service. My dog's harness snapped completely during only my second time using it. The break was clean and the material just gave out. On top of that, they said I'd have to pay extra if I wanted a replacement harness, even though I'd already spent a lot of money on the original one. If this was actually something my dog did, I wouldn't complain. But this was clearly a defective product and the company should back what they sell instead of questioning their customers when it's their mistake. I'd recommend looking elsewhere before buying from them.
