Spent 194 dollars on an order placed in late November. They said it shipped on 12/1 but I still don't have it. Can't reach anyone at this company. Phone voicemail is full, emails get ignored, and their chat support wants 53 bucks to talk to someone. No way to contact them. Don't order from here if you want actual customer support!

Customer service was terrible. They said 3 to 8 business days but it took over 21. When I complained, customer support basically told me to deal with it. I won't be ordering again and I'd tell anyone else to skip them too.

Really disappointed with the customer service and shipping here. Ordered on 12/1 and only got half my stuff shipped, which arrived on 12/7. I emailed asking what happened to the other half and the rep talked about the wrong items that I'd already gotten. Followed up again and heard nothing back. You can't even call this place which is a huge red flag for a brand this size. Terrible on every level. Won't shop here again.

I'm a fan living overseas and I prefer the '47 brand caps over other options. Tried to order from them but they don't ship internationally, so I ended up buying from the airport instead. The problem is I keep getting emails from them. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times but it doesn't work. I'm concerned they might be trying to get people to download something sketchy. Contacted their corporate office and got a quick response saying I'd be removed, but I got 2 more spam emails after that. Be cautious with this company as it seems like their system might've been compromised.

Absolutely awful customer support experience. The EU team wasn't reachable and the UK contact kept saying for over 5 weeks and 7 different emails that he couldn't get ahold of his own team members. This company is sketchy. I'm never buying from them again.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. You email and get ignored. You call and reach a voicemail where you can't leave a message. Avoid this company if you can. Look for someone who cares about customers dropping 50 dollars on merchandise.
