After I got my order confirmation, it took 11 days before they actually shipped my order. Then I have to wait another 3 to 8 days for delivery. If things go well maybe the whole process finishes in under 20 days. '47 needs to speed things up.

The quality of these '47 Brand lacers is outstanding! I have 8 of them and they're pricey but definitely worth it. The patch stitching is perfect. I'm crossing my fingers they make a Blue Jay's version. My recent shipment of 6 t-shirts arrived super quickly to Canada. The fabric feels lighter than I thought it would be for the price, though they're really comfy in hot weather. I would've bought 8 shirts if the raptors collection was available in XL. When I emailed asking about something not on the site, they replied in under 8 hours. I get that some folks have had problems, but I've had a great 2 and a half year experience. Wanted to post something positive for a change.

My order sat delayed for weeks with zero explanation. When it finally shipped, the tracking info they gave me was wrong and FedEx had no record of it. I sent an email to support and waited 3 days for them to respond, and they still didn't know what was going on. There's no phone number so you can't actually talk to a human. Completely unacceptable.
