Had an amazing time shopping at 80eighty.com. The site was super easy to navigate, the clothing matched the descriptions perfectly, and the team was incredibly helpful. Special props to Dante and Joanne for going the extra mile. Found some awesome unique stuff for my husband's birthday and I couldn't be happier about discovering this company.

Their customer service is seriously top notch. I bought a hat that didn't fit right and they resolved the whole thing incredibly quickly.

Grabbed the limited edition R34 shirt and I absolutely LOVE it. Came with a bunch of stickers too and the owner even sent me a personal email. Really solid experience all around.

This feels like a straight up scam. All the products they sell appear to just be a way to grab money so they can fund their giveaways. I bought a tank top before along with some car air fresheners and a long sleeve golf shirt for my boyfriend's Father's Day gift. The shirt was way too small, it cost eighty bucks, and after sending multiple emails asking about an exchange, I got zilch. Nobody responded. Spent eighty dollars on something nobody can wear and got radio silence from their support team. That's pretty disrespectful if you ask me. Their customer service is non existent. I'm convinced their whole operation is a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Got some sunglasses for my son and they're fantastic quality with a really nice case included. They also threw in some 80Eighty stickers, a postcard, and a business card all nicely packaged. Super impressed with the attention to detail.

Got blocked by the owners on both Instagram and Facebook after I raised concerns about how they handle their giveaways. They work with a third party company to pick winners, but according to their own terms it's a selection process, not a random draw. Plus they don't stream the giveaway selections like legitimate contests typically do.

This company has truly changed lives, mine included. I reached out on Instagram and Joanna got back to me right away and has been super engaged, liking and replying to my messages daily. The whole team really helped lift me out of a dark place I was in through genuine conversation. I'm currently in the running for one of their Porsche giveaways and regardless of the outcome, they've basically given me a fresh perspective on life. It's clear that 80Eighty actually cares about their community and followers, which shows they're real and authentic as a business. I'm forever grateful for everything they've done for me and so many others. If you're interested in joining their giveaway or supporting them, absolutely go for it. These are genuinely good people.

UPDATE: Support got back to me and handled the cancellation and refund really well. Going to place the order again and will update once stuff arrives. I submitted my email and phone to get an extra three hundred contest entries when I bought something. The promo code wasn't working on my computer, so I tried the text link on my phone instead. The three hundred bonus entries never showed up, so I kept switching back and forth between texts and the site to punch in the code. When I got back to the website my keyboard glitched right as I was entering the code and I accidentally hit submit instead. I needed to use a different card anyway since this one didn't have enough funds for the purchase and some bills coming through. I messaged them immediately and they basically said no refunds, everything is final since it's a contest. I asked if I could at least keep the order but switch the payment method, but haven't heard back. This totally tanked my holiday shopping. Hope it gets fixed by tomorrow otherwise I'm going to have to call.
