Five years ago when I got certified here, their customer service was excellent. Not anymore. It's become really hard to reach anyone when you need help and I'm struggling to find CE options. I've tried downloading some courses but they don't show up in my account properly. I'm spending way too much time just trying to keep my certification active. They have online chat support but lately nobody's there to chat with. Really disappointed in how much things have declined.

Great experience getting my PT certification here. I grabbed the physical book, workbook, and access to their study resources. What really helped was connecting with other students in the study group. The practice exams were really valuable too. Through my membership, I got some free CE classes and learned a ton about the fitness industry. I take most of my CE credits elsewhere but can get them recognized here if I use the right code. The CE tracking process made sense and when I had a question, I got someone on the phone quickly to answer it.
