What really sets them apart is that you can get free shipping if you hit their threshold, and they're cool with letting you hold items in your cart until you qualify. Received items that were old and discolored, and the company refused to take any responsibility. They won't even provide a return label, saying it's on me to handle the return shipping at my own expense. This is a ripoff operation with way too many problems. Used to be totally happy with this place. They offered free shipping on orders over 49 dollars and got things to you really fast. Never had any issues. Then they bumped the free shipping threshold up to 69 dollars. That's a pretty significant change and honestly has me pretty disappointed.
