Really disappointed with the new spiced peartini flavor from this brand. The canisters cost way too much for what you get. When the flavor turns out to be bad, you're basically throwing money away. It's a bummer when you can't return it. They should also have better inventory of their popular items. My husband and I both tried it and agreed we're not buying that flavor ever again.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. The leadership seems clueless about how to run this company. Waiting over a week just to get your order is ridiculous. The support team has no idea what they're doing and can't help with anything. I'm telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

Be very careful with this company. They're honestly some of the worst when it comes to fixing problems. I set up an account but it got locked for some reason. Their support person told me to just create a new one. So I did, and immediately they shut that down too, claiming I was making too many accounts. But that doesn't make sense since they told me to make a second one! The whole experience was a nightmare. Their staff is rude, unhelpful, and clearly don't know what they're doing. They give bad advice that just wastes your time. I'm actually relieved this happened early on before I invested real money with them. Who knows how much worse it would've gotten. Oh, and I left this review but they never published it because it wasn't positive about them. What a joke.
