Sorted by: Most recentOrdered insulin pen needles from them again, which I've done a couple times before. It's been over a week now and my package still hasn't shipped. The folks at the warehouse seem like they couldn't care less about getting it out. Last I checked, USPS had it sitting in a distribution center somewhere in the middle of the country. When I reached out, all they told me was to hang tight and wait. Not impressed.
After having problems with them before, I figured I'd try ordering again. Bad decision. They sent me a promotional email about Allevyn Life being discounted by 12%, so I checked their site directly first. Turns out the price in the email wasn't actually better than what was already listed. I went ahead and ordered anyway, but the next day they said it was out of stock because of a manufacturer issue. That didn't add up since I found it on Amazon without any trouble. The rest of my order showed up fine, otherwise this would've been a one star review. I'm not doing business with them anymore.
