A shipping label got created in mid-January and that's literally all the tracking shows. I called them up and they told me it shipped the next day, but the postal service hasn't updated anything on their system. So I opened a complaint with the post office directly. Turns out the postal service confirmed that this company never actually brought the package to any post office. Called the company again and now they're saying some third party was supposed to drop it off there. I gave them until the 24th to either explain what's going on or give me my money back. This whole operation feels like a scam to me.

Ordered a pair of gloves and a hat together. It's been over a week since I placed my order and I haven't gotten a single email update. When I tried reaching out to ask about my purchase, there was zero response. At this point I'm convinced this whole thing might be a rip-off. I really just need to get my money back.

Got a whiskey decanter set and coasters in the mail but several things were wrong with the order. The decanter was missing its lid and I only got one glass when there should have been four. The coasters were also incomplete, only two instead of four. They promised it would arrive before Christmas but it showed up late. I've tried contacting them about these issues multiple times and still haven't heard back.

Placed an order for a wedding gift sign in August. The website and confirmation said my customized order would be built and shipped within five to seven business days, plus another week or two for delivery. By early September I checked on it and got told this particular sign needs extra time, 10 to 14 additional days, and they'd upgrade my shipping to make up for it. Late September, just three days after the wedding date I needed it for, I asked for another update. Then I got an email saying they couldn't produce my sign after all and I'd get a full refund in a few days. But a couple days later they sent another email explaining they had a problem processing the refund on their end and wanted me to pay my bank to dispute the charge so I could get my original payment back. I don't have money to waste on filing disputes with my bank, and I definitely need those funds to order a replacement gift since the wedding is already over a week in the past. This is hands down the worst company experience I've ever had. They kept making excuses and stringing me along for six weeks, three of which were after the deadline, and then refused to give my money back.
