Watch out before you buy! The quality has really gone downhill. There's no repair service available. I got sent a lucite rope paisley bracelet that wasn't even finished. The decorative pieces were in a separate bag, not actually set in like they should have been. It arrived incomplete. Customer service wasn't helpful and gave misleading info about the return process. Big disappointment. Buyer beware.

Ordered two cuffs and immediately knew something was wrong when I opened them. They fit like children's sizes. I'm average height and weight, but these cuffs wouldn't even go halfway down my wrist. I contacted support and they basically said tough luck, final sale. The website makes it seem like these are for adults, but they clearly aren't. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

This brand is sketchy. You see the tagline about wanting customers to be happy, but they clearly don't actually mean it. They won't do any exchanges for anything, even if you change your mind the same day you get your order. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and asked for an exchange of the identical item in a different shade. They refused. It's wild. Definitely do your homework before buying from here.
