This is so frustrating I can barely write this. I bought something on December 20th knowing Christmas was coming up, and the site promised express shipping with a December 22nd delivery date for an extra $28. I paid the fee and then nothing happened. When I called customer service, they told me orders take 2 days to process plus 2 days to ship. That's not what your website said at all! It clearly showed DELIVERY DATE as December 22nd. Sure, there's tiny fine print about arrival dates, but nowhere does it mention this 2-day processing plus 2-day delivery setup. It feels like they're charging extra money for something that's not what was promised. Even worse, they won't cancel my order even though it hasn't shipped yet. Save yourselves the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I sent back a scrub top that was way too small and have been going back and forth with these people for 3 weeks trying to get a refund. They keep lying to me about when my money is coming back. When I posted a review on their site saying they wouldn't refund me, they actually blocked my account. This company is nothing but scammers.

Don't waste your money on this company. The products seem fake and the material is super cheap. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews first because this place is a scam. I ordered scrubs for a new position and spent $70. My package went missing and I called asking if they could resend it or refund me. I never received anything. I waited a bit longer hoping it would show up late, but nothing. They kept my money and I never got anything. Watch out for this operation.

Don't waste your money on this company. The products are counterfeit and the material quality is bottom of the barrel. Make sure you read the reviews carefully before you decide to buy from this place. I ordered scrubs for a new job and spent $70. When I told them my package went missing, I asked if they could either send me a replacement or give me a refund. My order never showed up. I put in a big order of scrub sets. Four months went by and I never got anything. I called customer service and they kept giving me fake delivery dates for 8 weeks straight. I cancelled the order and I'm never buying from this company again. Total waste of time and money.

Just got my scrub tops delivered and I'm really impressed! I placed my order on 9/16 and received both items by 9/23. One was a Stitch M and the other was a Marvel M style. I'll be honest, I didn't check reviews before buying, but after I did some looking around and got pretty nervous about whether this was legit. When I tried tracking my order online, the system said it didn't exist, which made me even more worried. I decided to call their customer service line and someone picked up right away. The person I spoke with was genuinely nice and explained that they were doing website maintenance. They confirmed my scrubs shipped on 9/19 and would arrive that same day, which they did. The items are exactly what I ordered. I'm about 155 pounds and both medium sizes fit great. All those negative reviews had me stressed for no reason. This company is definitely not a scam. Their customer service is excellent, they're based in California, and I got my stuff faster than expected. I'll definitely be ordering again!

The prices, delivery times, and customer service are all fine so I don't have complaints about those. If you want to shop here, try going to an actual store if possible. Just know ahead of time what their exchange policy is like. I got their in-house brand uniforms and the sizing was completely wrong. I tried exchanging for larger sizes twice. Both times the sizes were off again. I know for a fact I could fit other brands in the original size just fine, but their store couldn't offer that option. They told me they couldn't charge me the difference if another brand cost more because of some technology issue. I asked about getting store credit so I could buy a brand I knew would fit, but that wasn't allowed either. My only choice was getting the same brand and style in yet another size when I'd already tried that twice. Now the refund window has closed and I've got a closet full of sealed uniforms except for two pairs of pants I tried on. They're basically just fabric for craft projects now.
