Ordered two items together and only one arrived. Got tracking info for the second one but the carrier never picked it up. I've reached out more than nine times through multiple channels including social media and direct messaging but they won't give me any real answers beyond promises. Over one hundred dollars spent and I only have half my order. I've seen the same pattern happen to lots of other people who say they're getting ignored and no follow up.

My order had 2 boxes of pads and they ended up coming through different shipping services. When the first package showed up I was confused since I thought everything would be together, but the staff was really understanding about it. I do wish they'd given me a heads up that things would be split up and going through different carriers so I'd know to expect a second delivery.

Package arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. The ramp is solidly built and the price is fair. My 12 year old Lab is still getting the hang of using it but we're working on it.

This ramp is really impressive, very solid, and completely stable. My little girl was kind of nervous at first but once she realized it was safe, she has no problem running up and down it to her favorite spot. It even tucks under the bed when I'm not using it. Had one little issue at the start but the team took care of it right away. Really outstanding company overall!

First time buying from them and I'm really happy with both the item and how they handled everything. Got here quickly and the ramp is ideal for my 13 year old cat who can't jump on the bed the way he used to. Way sturdier than the makeshift step solution I tried before. I placed an order for the Multi-Chews but received the Hip & Joint chews by mistake. Not a big deal, these things happen. I let them know what went wrong and they responded right away saying the correct items were being sent right out and told me to keep what I got instead of sending it back. That's going above and beyond. Mistakes will happen with any business but how you fix them is what really matters. This company fixed it perfectly. Really appreciate it!
